I detailed exactly what was needed in my repair request. Entire visit took 22 min and a $23 part, labor was $245, which I found VERY steep for what was needed: a simple igniter replacement, with only a 2-month warranty on the work. I am happy the technician didn't waste time and was polite and professional; for that labor price I would have expected to clean the burner at least, as it clearly dirty as well. I would recommend these guys if you're in a pinch with something urgent and it was just the labor price that lowered my rating.

Incredibly responsive service, very informative. My furnace went out and It was replaced within a matter of hours. My furnace is in a tight space and they were actually able to make it easier for me to access and improve or fix what was done previously. I had Eugene as my tech.

JT Services came out to replace our humidifier and address a water leak. They did great work, but the next morning I found that the water leak was not fully addressed. To their credit, they came out immediately after I alerted them and completed the repair with any additional charge. Very impressed!

This was probably one of the best professional experiences I've had in a long time. I called 3 hours ago, had an extremely friendly, efficient woman schedule me a call, and in no time the tech Vitali stops by and fixes the problem in 10 minutes. Vitalii was very nice and he explained everything he was doing and what he found. He explained the malfunction to me, repaired it, and gave me advice on how to keep my range running better. Then, as he put it the oven back together, he asked me if I knew that the factory suggests using liquid detergent in my dishwasher to prevent leaks and prolong the life of the dishwasher. I bought gel detergent the next day! It was a very good experience!

I called JT Setvices last minute for an installation of my dishwasher. They scheduled me the same day. The technician arrived on time as scheduled and provided me with a 15 minute update. My dishwasher outlet is hardwired instead of a plug in so he had to get the conversion and retun the next day to do the install. He was very professional and provided me with a suggestion to replace the valve that connect the dishwasher to the water line.

Mike did a great job repairing my old oven. He installed a new igniter and now it is working perfectly. Mike was professional, friendly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Mike and JT Services.
