This Company is a Joke! My Father called Multiple times, And they wouldn’t pick up there damn phone. Took them 3 weeks to call back! And then on top oF that couldn’t do anything because they claimed they couldn’t Figure out where the Noise was coming From.

Travis repaired frozen pipes under my mobile home and exceeded my expectations with speed, quality and he even left it cleaner than he found it by reinstalling the skirting I had previously removed so I could view where it was leaking!!!

We had a new furnace installed by Scott and he was fantastic! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Their prices are good and I definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new furnace.

This is a great company. Everytime I have called they always respond in a very positive and respective way. My water heater went out this morning and Kirk got someone out within an hour or so. I had a new water heater installed by 1 p.m. such a nice young man. Very knowledgeable and kind and helpful. He was amazing. I'm traveling in a class A motorhome with a big basement air conditioner that was 23 years old. I called dozens of heating in air conditioning companies no one would even take a look. Got a quote on Wed, had a new AC system installed on Friday. Not only did they beat every other bid by 10%, but they did it a week faster than the other offers. Came with a 10 yr parts, 2 year labor warranty, which beat the other places by giving me one additional year of labor warranty. Couldn't be happier. Solid product, good install, and great price.

Kirk (Owner) has been excellent to work with. Communication is great, not pushy, honest, and his pricing is fair. You don't want the cheapest installation quote because "You get what you pay for," AND that is 100% true with Kirk. I'm really happy with Kirk & his team. Small company that truly does care. Yes they're in business to make a living but they're not greedy or high pressure. Everything Kirk told me for sizing and system build / design was spot-on!! Too many guy's in this business over sizing equipment = $$ wasted for the customer paying the bill for more equipment than what you truly need / un-necessary upgrades.

DON'T USE THIS GUY. HE'S NOT RELIABLE. Had him install a new water heater back in July of 2013. Was happy with the service and the price, so called him again to get a new furnace in December 2020. He came over and looked at it. He said he would get me an estimate, but then he never followed through. I called and left messages twice, but still no response. I saw him at Walmart a month after that and he ignored me. I really don't appreciate being blown off, especially when I'm a repeat customer. Furthermore, I had previously recommended him to a friend who owns an apartment complex. Wish I wouldn't have now. So I repeat, DO NOT use this guy. He'll just blow you off and it will end up being a waste of your time.

He was able to come out the SAME day I called, got my AC unit blowing cold air again, had the part he needed on him in his vehicle. In and out, very professional, and able to bill me, which was a godsend. HIGHLY recommend!

I had furnace not working, no heat. I had new flame sensor and igniter, I also have a clean filter, I did clean the burner, I had new batteries in my old thermostat. I call them because I can't figure what it is... the technician Jeff came in less than 30 mins. He is very professional and he allow me to watch him diagnose the problem. It was the thermostat that he change to make my furnace work again, which I had. Very honest guy. Thank you. I will recommend them for being dependable and fair price!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Reece on behalf of a client who'd used them recently for a new furnace in an addition. There was some follow up required, and Reece was respectful, timely, and friendly in all their communication and work. I truly appreciate when a vendor operates as ethically and responsibly as Reece does.

I come home from a basketball game at 8:30pm and notice the furnace isn't working. I call reece heating and cooling and leave a voicemail. They call back within the next five minutes and say they will send a technician out to take a look at it. They come on a Saturday night and help us. Thanks for the help!! Amazing service.
