Our AC was not cooling and Iceburg Home Services was able to get someone out within a couple of hours of my calling. The technician’s name was Vic. A very nice gentleman with years of experience. He got our AC working and we’re happy and cool now. I would recommend this business.

Amongst numerous other complaints, I have this is the second time I have scheduled online for them to come fix something and a technician never shows up. The brand new HVAC we had them installed is leaking refrigerant to the point where my house gets 80° every day the ductwork that we were told had mold in it turned out to be metal ductwork. We were promised by the sales person that they would replace all ductwork downstairs and this is apparently not going to be completed by them as they have left numerous cuts in our drywall. Mind you we had to finance $30,000 for this work that was supposed to be completed and wasn’t.

Jayvon came to our house to do our AC maintenance and was amazing. Very professional and thorough. He explained everything in detail and advised on the best options for us. His manager Aaron was super helpful and very professional as well. Definitely recommending them to all my family.

Just got out new ac put in. These guys fit in small places lol. After my home warranty refused to help saying the access was too small. So much stress but hopefully its now older. Its cold outside but our house is finally warm without heaters. The guys we had did a great job with the install including cleaning up their mess and friendly to my pets who can be a pain. Alot of money but it was 100% worth it to have quality and peace of mind 😌.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service — Highly Recommend I had a great experience with this HVAC company when they came out to repair my A/C. From the very beginning, the reception staff was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. Before calling them, I had two other companies come out who completely misdiagnosed the issue, which was very frustrating. These guys figured it out quickly and fixed the A/C without any problems. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work and the time they saved me. Everything was explained clearly, and the repair was done efficiently. Honest, professional, and competent service . I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

I highly recommend Iceberg Home Services! I had an issue with my AC unit, and Joel took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I’m incredibly grateful for his help—he was truly a lifesaver. After showing me what was occurring in my system and ductwork, he helped replace it with a high-quality unit and re-engineered ductwork, creating a much healthier environment for me. Iceberg is an outstanding company, from Joel to the installers and even the friendly representative who helped me book my appointment. Their service was exceptional from start to finish!

I was dealing with two leaks, and had to have my water turned off. Bailey was able to come out the same day (on a Sat), and was very courteous, knowledgeable and speedy. He was able to get me a temporary fix so I can have water. He came Monday when the parts came in for a permanent fix. Would definitely use the company again, and recommend them to family and friends.

Yandel and Josue were amazing. The worked thoroughly and communicated each step in the process. They were very respectful and courteous. They cleaned up after the job. Very happy with the Crew and this Company.

Today technician Victor Bazan came out and was awesome. He fixed our heat and cleared out the drain line. Fast friendly and so helpful. Thank you Vic! I wish he was my technician Everytime. 10/10.

We are not very happy about this service at all. Three days since we gave a down payment for service which included ordering a motor. The tech KITT said if we don’t hear from Iceberg by noon to call and ask the status. We did call. No return response at all. Called again and finally talked to I believe a Marie. She said she sees that the motor was ordered with no estimate as when it will be here. At this point I want to cancel my service providing I can cancel my Capital One credit that was approved for this service. Another thing is the TECH never called back let alone he does not answer his calls. I believe that all the service calls are going through I A. Which is very very frustrating and disappointing that any company customer service has to rely upon this as it’s as absolutely very unprofessional. Almost childish.

I was very pleased with the job done by iceberg’s technicians. They were courteous and very knowledgeable on the installation of my new hot water heater. Each tech explained with details with the installation process. Thank you guys for a job well done.

I have received two "notices" from them in the mail to my parents home. These notices use fear tactics to try and gain services from us. A quick Google search confirms that I'm not legally required to replace the pipes (that we may not have in the first place) that they are trying to intimidate us into. It's a disgusting business practice to prey on homeowners. If I need a plumber I will make sure to fine someone with integrity.

They just got done replacing all the plumbing in our house. Chris and Bailey did an excellent job. They were very professional and friendly. They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly and perfectly. They were both very knowledgeable and took their time to explain all the steps necessary to complete the process. I highly recommend Iceberg plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Thank you iceberg plumbing.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP / SUBSCRIPTION My wife and I had signed up for their monthly monitoring service. The service that they were selling was to monitor our AC by setting up several AC sensors around the home which they would use to alert us of any issues. Annual inspection/service included. And to be available to us whenever we called. They would come quickly and at a reduced price. Unfortunately none of that happened. Our AC was not heating for a few hours as we felt the heat of the night settling in (That is what alerted us.) So, obviously not monitored. When we called at nearly 9pm it was obviously a third party vendor that had NO IDEA what we meant by a monthly service membership. The rep said that they would relay the message to Iceberg home service. We finally heard back from them at 7:15am the next day when someone else had already repaired it. All in all, they did not live up to their service at any capacity. Allow us to end with. The service tech that came the first time was cordial and knowledgeable. I just wouldn't sign up for their subscription or anything that requires them to come back.

May 2025: let me start by saying we must have bad luck in May. Last year we called Iceberg out for a plumbing emergency and this year our AC finally gave out. She served our home well for 24 years but this heat wave took her out. We of course called Iceberg and their staff promptly got us taken care of and eased our stress with their phenomenal customer service. Wyat and Youssef showed up to install our unit and they smiled the entire time, were very informative of the entire process, and the quality of their work was *chef’s kiss*. Thank you Wyat, Youssef, and Iceberg Home Services for keeping our home comfortable! 🫶🏼 May 2024: This review is for everybody but especially the ladies. I decided to push back my hair washing day like a fool and the night of, I broke my shower pipe. From start to finish my experience with Iceberg was phenomenal! The dispatcher who helped me book my appointment (Christina P) was professional and kind. Bonus points for having the best name. Sam was amazing. He was prompt, communicative, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me informed through the whole repair and let me know what caused the issue and how to avoid it in the future. From the moment I got in contact with Iceberg my stress and anxiety were immediately relieved. I will only use this company in the future and I’ll only recommend them!

Highly recommend! I initially reached out to this company to schedule a plumbing diagnostic for several drain issues in my home. They sent an email and text to let me know the technician was on the way, with a photo of the professional for safety and a phone call. Kevin was clear, direct, non-judgmental and honest about what needed to be done to solve the problem. He evaluated each toilet along with the water heater, and offered common sense recommendations for the present, as well as long-term solutions. In an economy where it seems like every customer is just another dollar sign, this business surprisingly respects people and honors the profession with great service.

Woke up this morning to a minor disaster with a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. It was our first time with Iceberg Services and the magic man from Iceberg quickly solved our problem. Johnny immediately knew what the problem was and unscrewed a clogged filter that needed to be replaced. Johnny was friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and HONEST. He explained the problem and it's solution as well as the need to have extra filters on hand for all our sinks for future incidents. I say Johnny was quick because it took him just a couple minutes to diagnose the problem. I say he was honest because he didn't even charge us for the call! His truck was at the neighbor's house next door, and we asked if he had time to check our sink. He refused payment from us but his company, Iceberg Services, will get our future repair calls as well as us recommending Johnny to all our friends and neighbors. I highly recommend Johnny and Iceberg Services for all your plumbing needs.

Called and got app. for that day between 6:00 and 8:00 pm. Once Joel got here he immediately went to work and found the problem and fixed it, in the dark We need a fan modular that cost more than our budget could afford. Joel tried to call and find us a cheaper fan. We finally have heat after four days. Thank you Joel and.Iceburg .

Tech, Stephen, appeared on time, and was so professional. He explained the service procedure. During his thorough process, he discovered a slight air-flow problem, to which he is arranging an air-flow specialist to examine in order to prevent a serious problem in the future.

Joelle Courtney was very knowledgable and professional. He explained in full detail and what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. The quality of work was excellent, and I truly appreciated the time and care he took.

Jorge did a great job kept me up dated on what he was doing i really appreciated the way he handled himself he also got me signed up for a/c maintence

Great service. We had a system check as part of our maintenance subscription. The tech found all the things right and wrong with my system and we're now in the process of raising the dollars to have what's wrong fixed. My only complaint is the nagging from the front office to schedule the repair. Why not let the customer simply call back when THEY are ready.
