Loved my experience with AIM Service Group! Eric came out, assessed my current system, and provided options that met my needs. There was no pushing to get more sales out of us, and he even resisted selling some products that others recommended, which were unnecessary. Felt like he was treating my problem as his own. The install was smooth with great customer service. I am very happy with the products and how they came out. AIM Service Group has gained a new loyal customer with my wife and me.

Mike came out for my 6 month checkup and service and did a wonderful job. He hosed off the the whole unite outside and it looks great. Mike is super nice and friendly. Explains anything he finds wrong and will tell you and how much it will cost to repair. The AIM team was so easy to work with. They were very knowledgeable and communicated all through out the process. They were able to come out and fix our problem same day for a reasonable price. We are back up and running.

Daniel and Parker did an amazing job. Installed a new Daikin heat pump vertically, and removed old gas furnace that was suspended 14 ft in the air. Came out perfect. What a great crew. Tech (Mike Bell) arrived on time, checked my ac system and corrected the problem. He is very knowledgeable and answered my questions about ac maintenance needs. No repairs needed, just a reset.

IT was 88 in my Grandmas house at 1:30pm on a muggy FL afternoon!! We were so concerned. However, Jordan U. Was FAST to get there. His knowledge was impressive. His honesty and character towards our concerns about a warranty we had went far beyond what he had to do! Thank you Jordan for your moral code 🙏 not to mention just being a nice guy too. Thank you for you Jordan! AIM is lucky to have someone like you in their team! Hope they know that and, they treat you accordingly! With a $69 dollar service fee?!? You can’t beat that and the AC is nice and cold for Granny now 👍😃

We had a new A/C system installed. Eric came out to do the initial consultation and was very helpful with absolutely no pressure to purchase from them. He gave us a very good price and we scheduled the installation a few days later. The installation team did and excellent job and we are very happy with the end result. We now have a service contract AIM and hope for continued great service going forward. Overall we are very pleased that we chose AIM for our A/C installation.

I was recommended to Aim service by one my neighbors. Aim service was quick to get a technician out to my house. Michael was excellent and explained everything to me. He walked me through the whole process and gave me options. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

After further discussion and adjustment, I am changing my review to 5 stars. There was a bit of miscommunication, but Eric reviewed and everything else is excellent. I would highly suggest them. The equipment is exceptional!

I called on a Sunday evening at 9pm and jimmy the owner answered the phone. He was so professional, understanding and helpful. They came out Monday and mike was great!! He explained everything in detail and fixed the issue. They were able to get me in ahead of the scheduled appointment which was great in this heat. No upselling, just good old fashioned great customer service. I found out they are a family owned business and they seem to take great pride in honesty and integrity. Pricing was fair and it was a seamless transaction. I was on a membership with another AC company for nearly 10 years and they told me they couldn’t get to me for another day. Needless to say I cancelled my membership with them and signed up with AIM. Thank you Jimmy and Mike, great work

Mike was super friendly down the earth with fair pricing, found an issue with burning in the unit gave us a discount for joining there membership, really good experience.

Just had a service completed by Mike Bell. Mike was extremely professional, on time, explained everything in great detail, and let me talk his ear off. He was quickly able to locate a leak in the evaporator coil and reviewed repair options. Having a reliable technician that is competent and personable is huge when it comes to the trades. The 2 Men that came could not have been more professional and extremely polite and very nice. They never even took a break for lunch. They explained everything to me and how to use the thermostat. They explained to me that they would probably be back in a week to put the finished cover on the unit. i would recommend everybody I dealt with from the gentleman who came and gave me the estimate to the workman.
