They also do a maintenance on my equipment twice a year. I'm on an annual contract as far as the maintenance is concerned. I had a problem with one of the system so they came out for a service call and replaced a part.

They come when you call them. They call when the tech is on his way. They are knowledgeable and the air conditioner has worked great. They tell you how much it is gonna be and they give you several options.

It was very nice. They were professional. I've known them for years.
