RSI installed a new A/C system in our house back in 2020. We are now having a problem with our unit not cooling the house. We have called numerous times but nobody answers the phone and so we have to leave a voicemail. We leave messages and nobody calls us back. It has been over a month since we first called for regular maintenance service. We ended up having to call another A/C company who came right out and serviced our unit. However, the unit is struggling to cool just two weeks later with the recent high temperatures. So, we again tried to call RSI, because we felt it was a problem with our system. We never received a call back from them the first time, nor from our attempts to call them about the new struggling issue. If you want a reliable A/C company who will be there when you need them and will support your new system, do not use RSI Residential Services in Brandon, FL. You will be disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE COMPANY. STAY AWAY. I paid these guys over $20K to install 2 units at my new construction home... its broken down over 5 times in the first 2 years of operating it. They have had to replace the same part over 3 times. At this point they dont answer calls and the owner has messaged me saying find another company to deal with their mess, as they are going out of business

I am a first time home buyer and told Bruce Walton this when I hired him for the project to repair and re-tile the shower wall and replace my shower faucet, head and tub. Bruce did a horrible job in education me what all was need for the job and pleasing to the eye and full functional bath room. Bruce and his team member did a a horrible executing the job in a timely fashion and without taking responsible and errors throughout the process and forcing me out of pocket of more expensive I should have if i had an expert in this field and never apologized for it. Never crediting me for there poor quality and wrong decisions for my project.

My husband and I had a hard time communicating with this pro. He made a time to arrive to do the job and was 2 hours late. The project completed looks nice.

They show up when they say will. They do a great job. They finish when they say. They worked with my budget and didnt get upset when I changed and added a project. They are someone you can count on.
