GHOST MECHANICAL responded immediately to our AC having cooling issues in July. Eric arrived promptly, identified the issue quickly with a detailed explanation of the cause, and replaced a part instead of upselling for new AC unit. Eric also followed up with a visit and phone calls to check on our system cooling maintaining setpoints. We have had no issues since. Highly recommend Ghost Mechanical for their HVAC knowledge, experience and repair first, replace second approach!

Ghost Mechanical is awesome! I couldn't recommend them more highly. They were right on time and very professional. Walked me through everything that was wrong and were very attentive. Identified the problem and fixed it without trying to upsell me. If you are having any issues with your AC, you should call them right away. I will be their customer from now on.

Great deal on my new AC!

This company saved me thousands of dollars by asking me if tests have been run on why the air conditioner was failing. Instead of completely replacing, they Investigated/tested and repaired a tiny piece where all my other quotes were $13,000 plus without asking or looking into other possibilities. When I talked to them about what happened. They said they always want to look at the repairing before they completely replace! Very honest, Great people, fantastic company.

After years of struggling with cooling issues in our home and dealing with multiple HVAC companies, I can confidently say CMT is the real deal. We had one company charge us $13,000 for all new ductwork—yet the problem remained. Another told us we needed to replace everything for $30,000. Then we found Michael at CMT. Michael actually took the time to diagnose the real issue: our A/C unit needed to be relocated to the center of our garage where the roof pitch is higher to allow for proper airflow. He didn’t try to upsell us or push unnecessary replacements—he simply wanted to fix the issue in the most effective and affordable way possible. Thanks to CMT, our home finally cools properly for the first time in years, and our electric bill this month is $200 less than it was during the same period last year. That’s proof the fix worked. Great communication, has a motor go out instead of paying full price he had on at his house charge half price what a new one. Did charge to come look at the problem fixed it unless then a hour. I highly recommend he be your first call for Central air and heat problems.
