Great...found the problem right away...replaced the part...did a check of the unit and was on his way?

They are pretty good. I would say it is a pretty good price. They are fine. Their responsiveness is average.

My phone call requesting service (blower for air conditioning had stopped working) was answered immediately, and serviceman came that same day. Serviceman was very professional and efficient in identifying and fixing the problem.

<p>I called at 9:30am and told them my condo A/C unit was not working.  They said they'd have a repairman here between 3-5pm.</p> <p>The repairman (Jesse) arrived at 3:15 and quickly diagnosed my problem, which was a clogged drain line in the air handler which had tripped a safety switch.  He cleaned the line, explained to me what had happened and what he was doing to fix it.  He then inspected the entire system including the condenser unit on the roof.  He checked all the air vents to make sure air was coming out at proper temperature.</p> <p>Jesse was clean and neat in appearance, and was friendly and knowledgeable  The price charged was fair.</p> <p>I chose DG Meyer because they sell and service the Carrier/Bryant brand that was installed in my unit by the previous owner. I plan on using them again next time I need service. </p> <p>Honestly, I have had equally good service from several other local companies.  I'm glad this area has so many honest companies doing this type of work.</p> <br />

The representative gave us a very reasonable estimate compared to the estimates that we received from other companies. He inspected our existing system and explained exactly what they were going to do. There was no high pressure sales, as opposed to an our experience with another company (who gave us an estmate $2000 higher). He also advised us to not sign a yearly maintenance agreement, but to schedule one maintenance visit per year, as he felt that was all that was required. That way, we didn't have to pay in advance for work that had not yet been performed, which we did with our previous provider.The installation was carried out exactly on schedule and in a professional manner. The representative was present when the work was started, and was there at the completion of the work to make sure that everything was done correctly. I would definitely recommend DG Meyer to anyone. <br />

I've used them for about three years. We bought a new air conditioning system from them two years ago. I like their service and the people they have for them are very knowledgeable.

D.G. Meyer is the only company I will call from now on! The technician was on time, courteous, and professional. He did a great job and my a/c is running more efficiently now. The price was affordable. He was working on my a/c for over an hour and the price for service and supplies came to $ 95.49. I am pleased with the job they did and will definately call them in the future! <br />

They have a good attitude, they are thorough, and they did good work. They had excellent quality, response, punctuality, and professionalism. I would use them again in the future.

Service man arrived promptly at 7:30 am as promised. He changed the filter in the attic and checked the unit to ensure peak operations for a hot summer in Florida. These folks sold us the unit and have cared for it since. Their service and prices are second to none. I would highly recomment them to anyone neeeding service or a new unit.

They do a good job. They come every six months. I have had no problems.

They had a really reasonable price, and they were very professional. They showed up very fast, worked hard, and did a great job.

I called on Friday evening it would have been late before they arrived I explained the problem and they told me to use only the fan. They explained if I waited till Saturday morning it would be cheaper. They promised to be here on Saturday morning at 8 am and they arrived on time. They solved the problem and had the a/c running in a short amount of time.

Excellent company to do business with.

They were great, Chris was fantastic to work with. Our contract didn't even spell out a whole lot but everything he told me they would do got done. Their contractors were so good I even bought them lunch and wouldn't recommend anyone else.
