Had a horrible experience with Anthony Minalga. Seems he had preconceived notions of who I was from the very begin, not sure if it’s race related or not. I have lead issues in my home, he questioned me on how I was able to even get my child a lead test, noted that he had to fight to get one for his child (CT has a law to test children under the age of 6). Additionally made statements that he kept his child away from leaded areas on his home while his child grew up and is fine. My son was an NICU baby that had infant seizures until he was 6 months old. After work was completed and he had to inspect, he argued with me on everything. Contractors painted the wall and paint was peeling he argued I did it. I had only been back in my home for 3 days how? My microwave is mounted at 6 feet high, I’m 5’5, he noted I should get a bigger microwave. The contractors did a lot of work without permits he still signed off that they did great work. After the contractors lifted my vinyl floors in certain places he noted they’re not going to fix it and left it. I’ve never asked for some rooms to be retested for lead after I found dust everywhere in my home and he tried to insulate that I kept an unclean home. I’m sure it’s a race thing after saying all this and this doesn’t even scratch the surface of what I dealt with. If he comes to your home and you’re anything but white or Spanish be leery and document everything.

Brought in a tile sample for asbestos testing, they provided me results in 1 day. Reasonably priced.
