On Friday January 3rd at 11:17 Adam from Hunt& Sons contacted me and said he was in Columbus and could he stop bye on his way back. I said yes.I am not sure exactly what time he got her was maybe between 3 pm .He walked into the house and was talking to my husband and then introduced himself to me. So my husband explained the situation that we had some work done by a previous Contractor and it wasn't done correctly and it was poor workmanship. So Adam is looking at what my husband is showing him and he says I have a lawyer and I can help you get some money back just on what I am seeing. He states that he hates seeing this because it gives Contractor served like him a bad name and he believes they should definitely be brought to court. So I walk in the kitchen and I say can you really help us get some money back he said yes for sure. So obviously we are excited because we have had alot on our plate . My husband had complete knee replacement on Dec 3rd 2024 and goes for another one January 14, 2025. So we can only do so much at this time. So Adam has a paper and starts asking what's his name and what's his business and where does he hang out like he was investigating. I told him my friend referred me to him. I said would you like to talk to her and he said yes so I called her. He asked her where does he live and what's his mom's name ect and I guess she tells him that she was sorry because she referred hi.. They hang up then Adam asks for all of our paperwork what we paid our receipt payments and all of the documents that we had from him. Then he says can I keep these to show my attorney we were like yes it was like a dream come true that we were going to have some justice. The work that the last Contractor did we didn't need to say anything about him because the worked showed itself.Adam then says I am going to my car and Vape. He comes back in and he says your Contractor is not licensed and the business is not ligeit. So when he went to his car he got on the phone. We were very surprised because I knew my previous Contractor by mutual people.He kept on about helping us that if we give $300 he will pay the other half. We were like really you can help us he says I will have him served by Wed January 8th2025. He said I am calling him telling him I need a job send him to my lawyers office and we will serve him. We were so happy that we were getting help. That never happened at all. So after boosting us up. I go into my living room and my husband stays in kitchen. He is telling me I got this definitely we will get some money for you meanwhile my door opens its my friend Adam starts moving towards my hallway. She comes in and says do you need anything elese from me he says know but he still kind of finding himself. So she leaves and he comes out and he says what was she doing here. I said what he said never have her back her again. I am like to myself this is my house. I say why did you say that he says I see dark in her but he kept asking me why she was her and why did she stop bye. I didn't answers. He says never have her here again. So then he starts with giving me a price $1,725.00 and $300 will be towards my lawyer. I told my husband i needed to write a check . He said ok but we didn't get into any detail about it. So husband still in. Kitchen Adam says Do you guys want to be together. I looked at him and said I love my husband. I told him we have been taken by at least 5 Contractor served in 3 years. We have lost so much he is very upset because he has to fix it. He says to my husband says stop the work. I will fix it and help you get money back from. Previous Contractor. So Eric stayes in kitchen and Adam says I don't want a check. I said yes check he says Venmo. I told him I can't use venmo because my account was hacked and I am disputing things. He said I need you to do Venmo Business i said I don't know how to do that us this isn't secure for me once payment goes thru. He said yes I will show you picks up my phone and 3x it denied the request. I said can't do it he said wait I got it. He hands me back my phone and i notice the payment was sent to his wife nothing to do with hi. An Him and he puts her as my friend. Then he makes a phone call to her she doesn't pick up and says I gotta go be back Monday and January 6th 2025 the deck will be done which is Monday. After he left I said to my husband this is Angies list but I felt secure.So but I don't now. I explained to him what happened. So we started to look into him. His card he gave us we couldn't find him and a phone number he uses I looked it up and it's a deceased man's name and then N I seen a comment from a lady gave him $350 from zelle and he said it would be done when she got back never did it. She was upset and never got her money back now I am really worried. I texted him around qq: 11:25pm and tbe next day you woke my family my kids. I didn't call him i did a text. So I think he put that in there as a. Excuse. I have asked for a repayment and even requested his wife's account because that's where it went to no response. So finally Sunday he decides to start his making up stuff I didn't take money from. Your account yes you actually put it in your wife account. I wouldn't know her info.so he said Lisa I will be there Monday and Meadure and go get wood. Monday January 6th 2025 no show. I texted him not answer finally a answer comes in at 6:40pm just got power at 3:30p. and they are not plowing our streets i will keep you updated and let you know when I am. Moni Mobile again. I have not hurt from him since ce. I went back on ve mo a d asked for a request for money ignored . Called my bank explained the situation. They want me to prove no work was done. I don't even have a receipt. I asked him for one. He said I don't give a detainvoice till once the job is finished. So I decided a day or so to text again and said due to winter time it's not a good ti.e to put on. a porch just because I know he wasn't really going to do it. My husband has xled and texted hi. And we haven't heard from him since Monday January 6th 2025.we thought we were protected going thru angies list that's why our guard came done but as we seen he was lying when he was writing on angies list to me because some things weren't said om God it happened again. I would love for his wife give me a refund since he put it in her account. He must of had a reason why he didn't his so I couldn't get my money back because he is not connected to it but he is.He was more interested in my past contractor than anything that is weird also but like I said we were static that someone who see. What mess we were in wanted to help. Please ask for my Last Contractor Doucuments sent to you and yiu can forward them to me. It's my invoices a d payments ect. Approx 6 to 7 pieces. I hope one question will be asked why if you have a business you wouldn't take a check and put your business money into venmo wife's account not legit. I would love to know why and also on Agies list page he shows no payment. Something very wrong . Thankyou this is the honest truth of what happened. He can sell you the Brooklyn Bruf Ridge he's that good. NEED MY REFUND I AM ON DISABILITY AND MY PREVIOUS CONTRACTORS PAPERWIRK ON WHAT WAS DONE ABX ANDWHAT WE PAID. THANKYOU.Lisa Von Allman 01-9-25
