We were referred to Turner HVAC from a customer friend of ours in Hampton Lake and we are so glad we discovered them. George and Ethan are responsive, honest, and very skilled in this area. They diagnosed an issue with our thermostat and quickly corrected it. We called another local company out and they missed the diagnosis and instead attempted at trying to sell us a $25k new system. We're working only with Turner now and they are terrific, a family run operation.

We were dealing with a condensation issue. We had 5 HVAC companies out, all with different recommendations and very high costs. I talked with George who owns Turner HVAC and he had a simple solution of installing a dehumidifier in our attic. George and his team did an excellent job with installation and are so lovely to deal with. Yesterday our air conditioner went out. It was a Saturday and I called George. He figured out what was going on immediately over the phone and came out himself in about 45 minutes and had it working in 5 minutes. George is a pleasure to work with and his team is excellent. I would highly recommend them!

Very responsive and got our AC back on quickly! I appreciate their annual maintenance program as well! Updated: Signed up for the annual maintenance program and found them to be professional, courteous, and prompt. Everything checked out, but they advised to plan for replacement in the future due to the age of the unit. I appreciated the "no pressure" recommendation.

George and Ethan are outstanding in the HVAC business. I spoke to George on the telephone regarding our problem early Wednesday morning, and Ethan arrived early at the scheduled time Thursday. George and Ethan are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and overall Great Guys! Ethan diagnosed the HVAC problem immediately, and repaired the issue quickly. He explained everything about the issue, as I did have a few questions. We have used a number of different HVAC companies in the Bluffton/HHI area over many years. We will never use again any HVAC company but Turner HVAC! The charge was definitely reasonable for the work done. Great company with exceptional knowledge and customer service. Edited: Just had another unit installed in the detached apartment. George and his crew were on it quickly and professionally. They never disappoint.

Ac went out this afternoon. Called Turner, George trouble shot a few things with me over phone which I appreciated, but couldn’t get it going. He was at my house within an hour. Replaced my capacitor and only charged me for service call. Very nice fella, got the ac pumping, and was fair with the price. Thanks again George.
