It was installed as requested and on time. Unit works fine. Tim was here when he said he would be and installed it as I requested. About two weeks after initial install, it quit cooling. I called TrueTemp and Tim came right out and discovered that it had a small leak at a joint which was promptly tightened up, system recharged and it has been working fine since. I would use them again. Tim went out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer.

The "experts" say only get 3 quotes. Its been my experience that I will keep getting quotes until I am amazed. TruTemp amazed me. They offered a quote for a highly rated HVAC system that was over $1000 less than everyone elses quote. I have an engineering degree so I asked all kinds of annoying questions about the physics of the system. They were able to answer them all enthusiastically and to my satisfaction. They made suggestions as to how I could save money on the installation rather than trying to increase the price. They truly had a commitment to look after my best interest. The installation was quick and the unit works great!

Arrived on time. Seemed very experienced in their job. Very courteous. Did not hurry the job and didn't miss any vents or return air ducts. Very satisfied with results of their work.

These people are AWESOME. We were in need of repairs on our furnace flue on a day's notice in order to close on the sale of our home. They took the time to listen to what needed to be done and to understand our dilemma on the time frame. They came out the same day and fixed the flue which meant crawling up in the attic on a day that was 90 degress outside. They two guys that came out were very professional, friendly and hard working. Even though we were stressed, they kept assuring us that they would get the job done and kept an upbeat attitude throughout the process. Everyone should use them. They are truly AWESOME!!

These are guys are great. Ron from the office was very professional and the service technician Tim was outstanding. Got me up and running with my A/C problem at a reasonable cost. I was so happy I scheduled a duct cleaning as well (that went great as well). I was glad to finally find a company that I can trust with my heating/cooling issues. Thank you guys.

AWESOME. Another reputible contractor in town said it would take 1 week to schedule me. Within 5 minuitres, the owner Ron called me and had a technician at my door in 1 hour. The issue was diagnosed, fixed at a reasonable price within 1 hour. The technician was also a really nice and friendly guy. I would give 28 stars if I could.
