EDIT: Tip - call their office number directly, don't do what I did and use the live chat! Samantha was very polite, helpful & pleasant. I gave them my info so they can take a look at why I was given incorrect info by the live chat rep (it is a 3rd party chat system). I always appreciate responsive & understanding business folks! I live in Lockhart, the same Zip Code as their "Austin" location. Reached out via their chat system to get some plumbing help and they said that I'm out of their service area!! I am literally 3 miles away! I even doubled checked if it was a matter of them only doing electrical at that location or something, but "Michelle" confirmed they provide no services at all to 78644. What the heck?

Dale and Michael from Dailey Company came today to fix our plumbing issues, flushed our water heater, and checked our water pressure at the street. Dale was very professional, had excellent communication, explained everything to me, and took his time to make sure everything was done properly. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Great experience with Chad and Team. They got us fixed up and we're going to have them out to do some additional work at our place of business in Austin. Would definitely recommend them.
