Terry was emblematic of the best HVAC nerds I've ever seen in my life and was more personable than most of the other ones I've known over the years. He even didn't get upset when I pointed in the manual for the new thermostat how to make it work after he professed it to be incompatible with our system. The actual repair was for a broken contactor on the condenser unit and a blown fuse on the furnace motherboard, and Terry diagnosed and repaired it as fast or faster than I've ever seen before. This business should use this guy to train the noobs.

We have used Thomas Bui since early 1980s. We recently in April 2025 did a complete replacement of our A/C & Gas Furnace. We were pleased with price install and being treated like we were their only customer. This company knows what they are doing. Electric bill for AC has gone down in summer with new unit install.

They are simply excellent. Mr. Bui put my evolution heat pump unit in 2017 and did an excellent job.. it has run perfectly and was a very professional installation.. Currently getting them to put a gas furnace in for me.. and i called them out to service my air conditioners last summer… you can rely on them to do the job right at a fair price
