Great company. Great products.

Problems within just a year for the purchase of two air conditioning condensate pumps, to be installed inside a split system. More specifically, both plastic condensate trays (containing the float - a tray that MUST CONTAIN LIQUID) were damaged. The plastic connections on the tubes became soft, obstructing the normal condensate pumping (since they were soft, they shrunk when the pump was in operation). TECNOSYSTEMI - commented: what possible cause is humidity or heat (in my case, this was ruled out because the nearby gas pipes are insulated and, other than the pumping hole, no part of the tray was damaged). Condensate pumping tray in a year (not even because the split units were used from May 24th to August 24th, then restarted in June 25th - and here's the surprise!) According to them, the trays were damaged by HUMIDITY - poor design then. p.s. Or do they think I have to empty the trays during the winter break? - A question was asked of them anyway, and the answer was: there's no procedure available. P.S.: In 1 year - they're outside the legal warranty, so they're not obligated to provide any assistance. Theirs was just an explanation of a possible cause, but the fact remains: the products, used for only 3 months, had this critical issue.

A truly unprofessional company. I had a problem with a VMC system they sold, and after several reminder emails and phone calls, they made up any excuse to stall—and who knows why, given that after 10 days of reminders, they told me to contact their local technician, who wasn't even aware of the problem. Furthermore, they didn't even bother to apologize or offer me a replacement costing nearly €1,000, considering the unit had been out of warranty for a few days. Be careful before buying from them. They're not very serious, and I'm truly disappointed to have purchased a VMC from them, which they claim to manufacture in-house, but is actually manufactured by a third-party company in Sondrio.

Pro-Air Pack RF System CODE: GAD400370 with Polaris 5X Control Unit and Discovery 3 Thermostats for controlling underfloor heating, fan coils, and dampers. As noted by several users, the documentation is completely incomplete and poorly written (in some cases (Polaris 5X Manual), the same element (Dampers/Ducted) is referred to by different names, and it's easy to assume the reference is always the same). The information is more focused on highlighting features than explaining the technical details of how they work. The connection diagrams are approximate and not very helpful for understanding the logic behind them. Support is available to resolve basic problems or provide clarification, but when "technical issues to be resolved" are raised, they refer the user to the Technical Assistance Service (TAS), which must follow TECNOSYSTEMI's price lists for complete configuration (even if assistance is only needed to resolve configuration gaps caused by a lack of documentation). In my opinion, the system has some very significant technical limitations (already reported to Tecnosystemi, but I reasonably don't believe they will be taken into consideration): 1) The Polaris 5X configuration does not affect the app. If the Polaris is configured so that only one system can operate in a given operating mode (heating or cooling), the user will still see and be able to select any other system from the app (even if not configured in the control unit). NOTE: The system selection is made from the app, not the Discovery 3X thermostat (negative feedback also follows for this device). The app configuration does not allow for differentiated access between the User and Installer, and I personally believe this to be a conceptual flaw in the design. 2) When configuring the Polaris, each output must be assigned to an input thermostat command. If you wanted to control an output based on other conditions (for example, based on the time or a presence detector), it's not possible because it must still be assigned to a thermostat. Otherwise, you'll always get errors in the control unit and the system won't work. 3) The Polaris 5X configuration is limited; it's not possible to determine whether the two different systems can operate simultaneously or alternately. The control unit can be configured to specify which systems to use, but if both are selected, the user will always be able to decide how and when to control them (even simultaneously, even if this isn't planned). 4) The Discovery 3X Chronothermostat has an interface configuration that doesn't discriminate between user access. Consequently, using the panel for a simple user is very complex and not very intuitive. To change the fan coil speed, you need to go into the settings, as well as to change the shutter opening method. Regarding this last point, it's also wrong, in my opinion, to allow the user to decide to partially open the dampers, given that this setting could negatively impact the system by not providing sufficient air to the rooms and consequently lengthening the time it takes to reach the set room temperatures (or even failing to reach the set room temperatures at all). A system controlled by relays on BUS 2 is identified by a valve (not very intuitive, as I said). The systems and supplier were honestly reassessed, given that the expectations were very different.

Extremely complicated and cumbersome air conditioning system to use. No after-sales support, incomprehensible and incomplete instructions. I requested a technician to come out to explain how to use it, but the wait was long and nothing worked. I won't discuss the quality because I still haven't been able to use the product. I strongly advise against this supplier. Update of July 6, 2022: Following your "clarifications," here's where we are today: the system I just installed—and paid for—still isn't working (31 degrees Celsius in the house!). You gave me an appointment on June 20th (June 24th, see image), which you then "missed" without even a warning. After waiting for at least a nod from you, I wrote again on June 30th asking for this damned assistance, but you didn't even bother replying. Nothing, total silence. Embarrassing to say the least. I sincerely hope that this review will alert even just one of your potential customers/installers to the level of "service" you offer.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company because, unfortunately, they put people who rely on their delivery emails, etc., in difficulty, and then they ABSOLUTELY do not keep their delivery dates. DISGUSTING!!!! AS AN INSTALLER, I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TECNOSISTE AGAIN. SHAME ON YOU.

I had the pleasure of visiting both plants, seeing the production side, and learning about the company's history. I also took a course at the company, which was very interesting, and I discovered some very interesting products that I didn't even know existed. It was a very positive experience, and I congratulate the staff who accompanied us for two days, explaining everything there was to know about the company and their products, with great professionalism and friendliness. Thank you for everything.

A very negative experience. Several defective and malfunctioning devices were replaced with additional malfunctioning devices, resulting in a continuous cycle. I advise against purchasing products from this company.

Terrible experience with biblical delivery times

Fast loading, light load, no belt tension.

I needed to complete a ducted air conditioning system where I already had some of their motorized dampers. Since it was a complex system, I wanted to rely on their expertise and purchase everything else I needed. I sent them an email, but they never responded. After-sales and customer service: Terrible!!

Very negative experience, impossible to get it to work unless a specialized technician is called. It takes biblical times to get this type of assistance. I can't comment on the quality, because since we purchased it (March 2022), we haven't been able to get it to work yet (June 2022). I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE IT.

The thermostat was installed in April, but by November it stopped working. There's no point fighting with customer service, who tells you the warranty starts from the manufacturing date, not the purchase date! ABSURD... Stay away.
