Excellent worker, particular, clean up faster in his job, I would hire him again in my future project. He gives me updates like he is gonna be late, or what time he's gonna go here and that's plus for me.

Mr. Smith was excellent. He assessed the situation, communicated in a direct and straightforward manner, obtained parts and made the repair in a timely basis.

Mr. Smith repaired my older washer and returned, NO CHARGE, within 90 days because something else broke on it. He diagnosed the new problem and got it working temporarily. (I got another load done)! Instead of advising me to replace the broken part he told me it would be better to buy a new one. Another time Mr. Smith also installed a light assembly in my refrigerator. He is very knowledgeable, honest, polite, and dependable. His charges are very fair and reasonable. I am very pleased to call him my go-to professional for appliance repairs and will definitely call him for any issues with my appliances, being confident that he will do it right or tell me it is not worth fixing and I should get a new one. I will definitely refer people to Mr. Smith!

Mr. Smith was great to work with! It was easy to set up an appointment and he fixed my dishwasher in a timely manner. It is working well now and the price was very reasonable. I think it would be difficult to find someone to do such a high-quality job for a cheaper price. Highly recommend!

Super polite and friendly. I was able to schedule quickly, and he was very flexible. He made sure I had a paper copy and an electronic copy of my invoice ( this was related to storm damage and an insurance claim) I didn’t have to ask for a thing. I keep his business card close at hand , for myself and in case anyone ask “do you know a guy.....?”

Working with Mr. Smith's was a wonderful experience. He was professional and efficient. He cam out the day after I called, diagnosed the problem and came back the same day with the new part and fixed the dryer. The cost was extremely reasonable. I will certainly use him again.
