I called Royal Air Conditioning last night (Aug.16/25) as my air conditioning unit started to leak water. Dan suspected it was a blocked drain and promptly arrived this morning (Aug. 17/25) with Willy to fix the issue. Fortunately Dan was correct - he knows his stuff! The drain was blown out and now I have a perfectly functioning air conditioner! Thanks Dan for all your courteous and prompt service over the years. And your pricing is awesome! Had a great experience with Royal Air Conditioning and Heating. Dan was super professional, showed up on time, and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained things clearly, did the work properly, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need—which I really appreciated. You can tell he takes pride in doing a good job. Had a problem with our AC over the last two days. Called Royal and the Dan called me back promptly. He asked me a few questions and advised a tech could be out early next week. Then he asked if I could check something on the AC unit. After a quick tutorial and a couple of tips, asked me to start up the AC, then call him back re the outcome. The system started working again, and when I called him back to let him know he appeared genuinely happy that I was satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend this business for your service needs and wish there were more like this out there. Thanks to the Royal Team.

I have old furnace and air conditioning which I have to replace. The cost of the replacements when I checked is from $12,000 to 14,000 with different estimation. The final company I checked was Royal and the gentleman who showed up to my house, he checked my furnace and asked me why I have to spend money it is just a simple maintenance. Standing by their side on the famous stormy day of May 21, using flash light dedicating their time they made an outstanding performance. They made my furnace run for the next 4 years. Specially I thank Don McDonald and his co-worker, Walid five star is to little but if there is more than five I will give them.

We were luck to get prompt same day service for our central air as the outside propeller stopped spinning. The problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly all while explaining the process and keeping me informed. Honest and knowledgeable.

Drove over to 480 Huntingdon Dr, the gent asked if I brought my capacitor, he was going to test it for free! Well okay, I grabbed it from home and came back, confirmed it was toast, and bought a new one. After-hours, instant friendly response, and I'm sure the markup wasn't that bad. Two thumbs up.
