Right Plumber

Had a major blockage in my main sewer line and Aaron fixed it within 24 hours. I've dealt with other rooter companies before and none come close to his level of professionalism or pricing. You can also tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, which is rare these days. Five stars from me.

Aaron is the right person to call! His determination to fix the problem is next to none. He kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to have the job done right. Pricing is very fair and I paid what he quoted (no hidden fees). Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend going with Aaron.

We had to get all our PolyB replaced. House was built in 1994 and it was a major job, which was why we delayed it for so long. Heard horror stories where we wouldn't have any water at all while work was being done. That would not work at all because of my numerous aquariums and bonsai plants. Thank goodness for Aaron! He and Carson and crew did such a great job! It was a major undertaking as all the old PolyB piping had to be fished out, pulled and replaced with Pex. Holes had to be drilled (30 in total), to get at the PolyB. Drywall and painting had to be done afterwards....including ceiling. It was a very major major job. Throughout this entire time, we were able to continue using our water because Aaron had put in a manifold system for all the individual pipes. It took about 2 weeks to get everything done but it didn't cause any inconvenience at all because we were able to continue using our showers, washing machines, toilets and sinks, etc. I continued maintaining my aquariums and watering my bonsais. Aaron was very very professional. He explained everything in detail. He was very thorough, very neat and tidy. He maintained his work area spic and span, cleaning it before he left every evening. He vacuumed the entire work area whereever work was done. After it was all done, drywalled and painted, we couldn't tell where the 30 holes were. If we knew that it would've been so hassle free and able to continue using our water, we would've done this much earlier!! Thanks again Aaron for such a job well done. We will continue to use you as our regular plumber!!

If you need a plumber to be able to problem solve, communicate, and do amazing work, Aaron is your guy! We had a few quotes for our outdoor taps to be replaced and it was a no brainer when it came to hiring Aaron. We came across a few hiccups that Aaron was determined to find a solution to. The job took twice as long and he still honored the estimate. Will call Aaron for other jobs we need done and would highly recommend to others. Thank you, Aaron!

Well Aaron has gone over and above for me when I need his total plumbing services he always is their for me to quote my project has even done my home sewer back up so happy with his work is always their on time I would recommend him to anybody that needs plumbing work done as far as I am concerned he is the best guy I have dealt with in 38 years of my business Thanks Aaron

Aaron has helped me out a couple of times now. The first time I was looking for someone to clear a blockage (toilet paper and roots) in the sewer line of a house I had an accepted offer on, and to look for cracking in the sewer line. I called quite a few plumbers (Mr. Rooter, etc.) and they were insanely expensive. I knew the job wouldn't take that long, so I couldn't understand why they were quoting me $900? I called around, and eventually found The Right Rooter. Glad I did! Aaron came and did the job for about half the price, and was very knowledgeable about roots and trees, to boot, and how the City handles these issues if the tree or sewer line is on their property. He made me feel confident in going through with the home purchase. The second time, he came to reinstall a toilet after it had been removed to install some flooring. Again, great price, great work. I appreciate Aaron's professionalism, which in the trades world, isn't common. Especially being a woman dealing with tradespeople - I've had lots of bad experiences! Aaron explains everything, is pleasant to deal with, highly knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I will be calling Aaron for all my plumbing issues in the future!

I’ve got a sewer backup problem in the basement and I’m so glad I called Aaron. Not only Aaron is so professional and knowledgeable, he did the investigation and solved the problem very swiftly with more than reasonable price. Now I can rest easy knowing my sewer is clean. Highly recommended.

Our old (more than 15 years old) sump pump failed yesterday Aaron from Right Rooter was contacted and he was at our residence first thing this morning. He removed the old broken pump, replaced it with a better pump (not plastic!) and tested it before leaving. Very happy with the service. Thanks a lot Aaron!

I had issues with a rotted out P trap underneath bathroom sink. 3 different plumbers either said “you need to rip everything out” or refused to even attempt the job. That’s when a friend recommended Aaron. Within one hour everything was fixed. Timely, professionaly and at a very reasonable rate.

I was referred to Right Rooter/Aaron for a small bathroom job. He was quick, price was very reasonable. Aaron is both professional and friendly. I have since used him to replace all the faucets in my condo and will be using him for some plumbing work needed in our new home. I have referred him to others and will use no other plumber as long as Aaron is still around.

If you're reading this, you're probably in a similar position I was before hiring these guys. "Right Rooter? What does that mean?" It means: PICK THESE GUYS, THEY ARE THE RIGHT ROOTER 😁 I had a small back-up in my basement (looks like we accidentally flushed a few baby wipes down the toilet, the rumours are true - it clogs your drain lol) Aaron showed up within an hour and a half of me making my call on a Saturday morning at 11AM. I called another company that clumsily dropped the phone while they were answering my call, then they called me back, let out a smokers cough into my ear and rattled off a price that was about $150 less than Right Rooter. THANK GOD I followed my gut and didn't go chasing the lowest price. There was a maaaaassssssive difference in Aaron's voice and demeanor. He was professional, clear, honest and he told me he would first check the manholes on the city mainline to make sure it's not an issue in there end. If that had been the case, he would've called Epcot on my behalf, shook my hand and charged nothing. So already, I knew I was getting better value for what I would pay for right out of the gate. Long story short - Aaron had to enter the drain through the toilet, after removing the toilet, because the tile guy had tiled over our clean out. Aaron showed me the camera as he moved through the drain, explaining everything we were seeing, including those dang wipes haha He removed the wipe blockage, and made a future recommendation for a backup valve, given our very low slope. Since I had him there, I asked him about my leaky hot water tank and whether they repaired those. THEY DO! So, this incredible guy gives me a well price quote (less than my first quote with another local company), and he had the thing installed within a few hours and hauled away the old one. He left my house clean, the conversation with him was enjoyable, I didn't feel any shame for accidentally clogging my own drain, and I felt like no contractor had ever taken that much time and given that much information to me on my home. He even diagnosed an old spot on my roof that had a tiny drip leak twice that didn't seem to have a source. These guys can do hit water tanks, furnaces, and anything plumbing related. They're my new go-to, and let me tell you - Aaron is awesome! Thank you, Right Rooter ☺️

In a time when when you are never quite sure about the level of service you will receive when hiring a tradesman. Aaron has restored my faith. Let's just say that you have stumbled on the Right Rooter which literally means that that your search is over and that you have found Aaron Drewniak! A former employee of Mr. Rooter who left because of their questionable business practices decided to venture on his own and offer a very competitive alternative to the big guys while maintaining his integrity, reputation and hard-working "never say never" attitude. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Aaron over the last 4 years and I cannot begin to tell you that we need to support him as he makes a name for himself in the plumbing industry. Not only does he disrupt the entire industry by offering better customer service excellence, higher quality workmanship but he also does it with honest and fair pricing with full transparency! When Google started giving out 5-star reviews, they underestimated how good Aaron would become and what he does for his clients that is above & beyond expectations! If there is a man who deserves 10 stars, it is him! I cannot begin to tell you the number of times he has came to the rescue over the last few years and resolved some of my worst plumbing nightmares no matter how big or how small the job! I am very impressed with the level of service and workmanship Aaron provided. We had two sinks, a shower and a toilet not draining. We also required a couple new sink traps replaced. We know dozens of plumbers in the industry but heard of Aaron and decided to use his services. I’m glad we did! Aaron was on time, friendly, honest and explained what he’d could do for us and it was done in a timely and professional matter. I know how hard it is to find a quality tradesman, but his level of professionalism service was so good, it almost makes me not want to write this review so that I can keep him a secret for ourselves. We learned about Aaron Drewniak and his company The Right Rooter from the Edmonton Seniors Support Program. We called him on Saturday and he came out that same day to give a quote. We needed a tap replacement on one of outdoor water taps. Aaron came back on Wednesday am to perform this service for us. I just want to say how professional he is and very trustworthy! He is the type of person that you instantly like the moment you meet him. Will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a trustworthy, reliable and honest plumber! Thanks again Aaron!

Aaron helped me with several plumbing issues. He is very clear to explain the situation and his solutions. He doesn't like to half fix the problem for you. He will definitely make sure everything is alright before he leaves. He is also being reasonable priced with his job. I was referred to Aaron @ The Right Rooter. We moved into a new acreage and within the first month our grey water backed up in our basement. As we are new to this home, we were unsure if it was a septic issue or plumbing issue. Aaron came out that same day to look over everything and to give us advice on what we should do. Turns out our septic tank needed to be pumped but Aaron came that same day to ensure we took the proper steps to make sure our basement didn't flood with a few inches of water again. He was very knowledgeable and even went through our pipes and gas lines and gave us feedback on how it was all completed. The knowledge was much appreciated as we have talked about buying this home when our lease ends. After our septic was pumped, we haven't had a back up yet and Aaron reached out a week later to ensure everything was working fine. Excellent 5+star service, called The Right Rooter for an emergency today, last minute. I spoke to Aaron he answered right away, I was in a panic, a situation in my condo building that had turned into a disaster. Aaron came right over & was professional, thorough & most of all honest. I myself don't know anything about plumbing & he explained everything in detail to my understanding & it wasn't even what I had called about originally, he could have done all that I thought it was & billed me & I wouldn't have known the difference, for his honesty I am truly grateful. I am extremely thankful for not having an overtime off hour bill also. I highly recommend The Right Rooter to anyone in need of plumbing service & I will be hiring them again for the condo building I manage.

Called at 8:50pm with a minor emergency and Aaron was here the next morning. I unfortunately had a problem he couldn’t wholly fix, but he did what he could. We had a serious clogged drain in our Laundry room. Contacted 3 different plumbers none of them was able to fix the problem. Thank God i came across an add of the right rooter ,i messaged him and explained the situation, he was able to show up after his busy day of work to take a look and came over the next day and the issue was solved. I would always use Aaron's service he is friendly, honest and very knowledgeable.
