Hello, two years ago I had my EBL repaired. I sent the part myself via express mail to the repair shop. The repair was very quick; I received my EBL directly at my home after approving the quote and paying for the repair, which has been entirely satisfactory to this day. However, today I have another problem with a bed control unit. It's impossible to send this unit without going through a professional, which increases repair time and, above all, requires significant travel since there isn't an authorized professional near my home (150 km). Furthermore, professionals charge significant fees for the time spent sending and receiving the package. It's a shame because it used to be simpler and less expensive. You need to review your procedure. Thank you.

I'm sharing my unfortunate experience with Repturn. Technically, I can't give a review since they couldn't fix it. The big problem: I received my package, a campervan control panel, bent because the packaging was woefully inadequate! Repturn are masters of bad faith, as they refuse to take responsibility for their poor packaging (photo attached). So, avoid them at all costs...

Repturn, through a partner retailer, offered me a used power module for a Thetford N100 refrigerator for €540. This type of module used to cost less than €300 new, but they're no longer available because they're too old. Repturn is taking advantage of this situation. I refused this scam. So I'm scrapping my old refrigerator and bought a new Thetford for €1018. REPTURN IS A SCAM COMPANY

Hello, I tried RepReturn through a professional. The electronic circuit board for my Thefford N145 refrigerator, 15 years old and used for 36 months, was the problem. Initially, I found it unacceptable that they couldn't find the board. Then, they decided to send you the board to follow government recommendations on reducing waste. The result: €529 for the repair. A new board for the N4145, and its replacement from Thefford, costs €182. Something's not right here. But the final surprise is the return shipping of my unrepaired appliance: €30 for labor plus €49 for shipping. A 1kg package with Mondial Relay costs around €10. For your information, my refrigerator was still working on 220V, but now it doesn't at all. I'll be forgetting about you soon.

Hello, I am extremely disappointed with Repturn. Avoid them at all costs. My EBL (electrical lighting unit) malfunctioned; the 12-volt contactor failed. The package was sent and returned in its original condition. The repair wasn't carried out, but they assured me they would be, without providing details (which is illegal). However, I received a €300 bill for a non-functional EBL. I posted a review on Facebook, which was, of course, deleted without any response, but I'm not going to let this go. I'm going to contact an inspection company and possibly the fraud squad. To be continued... The initial customer service was excellent and professional; what a disappointment.

I went to reception today with a motorhome control panel (the screen is difficult to read). To my surprise, I was asked to bring the electrical unit, to which I asked if that was the right motorhome, and they replied yes. They said they couldn't do anything without the basic electrical unit. I'm surprised, because if that's the case, the parking lot won't be big enough for all the customers.
