Had the best experience with Elbert Heating & Air. I had a 20 year old water heater that finally bit the dust. They were able to get me into their schedule quickly, and there was no fake upselling, they assessed what I needed and gave a very fair quote, and Nick did excellent installation work. Highly recommend! It's getting harder and harder to find honest service providers that care about the quality of their work, these guys are definitely one of the good ones :)

These guys are fantastic. They have saved me from hot summer days when my AC unit went out in an emergency. They have also replaced our existing unit of 15 years with a new unit. The new unit was very involved and they completed the job successfully in 2 days without incident. I would highly recommend Rob and his crews. They are professional and reasonably priced. I am grateful for his team.

My first call was answered by the second ring. The technician arrived within an hour. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Had our furnace up and running by the early afternoon. Reasonable price for work completed.

Very happy. Doug and Rob were one of five quotes I got for adding A/C. When talking to Rob, he'd mentioned that it might be better to go ahead and install a new 2-stage high efficiency furnace along with adding A/C. My house uses propane, so his suggestion made sense. Overall, their quote was the best value for getting A/C and improving my furnace efficiency. I could have had just the A/C added for cheaper, but figured their option made more sense. They did a great job and the install passed inspection with no issues. It did take two days due to the complexity of my house, but it looks great and performs well.

Elbert Heating & Air is an excellent choice for both HVAC maintenance and full system replacement. My first experience with them was last summer, when the aging A/C unit at one of my rental properties began to fail. After evaluating options, I decided to replace both the A/C and furnace with a high-efficiency Bosch heat pump. From start to finish, the customer experience was outstanding. The quoting process was clear and straightforward, and the installation was executed seamlessly. As a family-run business, Elbert Heating & Air operates without the heavy overhead typical of larger HVAC companies—and that efficiency is reflected in their competitive pricing. Most importantly, they earned my trust. I felt confident enough in their work to refer them to my parents for a full A/C and heater replacement, and they delivered again. I highly recommend them.

Had the guys come out and replace a shop heater for an updated one. From the time it was order to install was a week. Once the produce was in they did a great job and very professional installation.

We couldn't be happier with our new boiler. The guys were on time to give us an estimate and install the boiler. They brought three guys to finish a big job in one day. That really matters because we'd be without hot water if they took longer. We also boarded our dogs to make it easier for everyone so another day would be more complicated. The install is very, very professional, much easier to access components and perform maintenance. It all looks great. With the cooler weather recently, we've had a good test of the system, it worked perfectly. Warms effectively, it's nice and quiet, and the new thermostats are intuitive and a big improvement over the old round analog versions we had. The new technology of the system is a welcome upgrade. Again, we couldn't be happier

Here we are on a Saturday morning running multiple water sources and we’re able to enjoy a shower too! And the AC unit is providing us temp control we’ve not had in years. Our 47 year old hot water furnace wasn't going to make it through another winter. it was time to get it replaced. Elbert Heating had the best price and delivery on a new improved furnace. Rob and crew showed up on time in the morning and had the project completed by early afternoon. I highly recommend them.

We highly recommend Elbert Heating. We have used Elbert Heating four times in the past 3 years to modify, fix and maintain our steam heat system. Each time they worked on the system, they went over and above to get the job done correctly and efficiently. Rob, the owner, is a great guy: pleasant, knowledgable and reasonable. Their prices are fair, and because they do great work, we consider Elbert a great value.

We were in a tight spot over the holidays as our furnace went out when we were not in town. Elbert Heating & Air LLC came over, diagnosed the problem and had everything fixed and ready to go before we even got home. Our home reached 48 degrees..it was amazing to come home to a warm house. We are incredibly grateful that Elbert Heating & Air LLC is a group that had already gained our trust enough previously that we felt comfortable allowing them to enter the premises while we were out of town, AND they really made a very stressful situation much much less stressful. They also generally are very pleasant people to work with. We highly, highly recommended them!

I highly recommend Doug and Rob for all your HVAC needs. I reached out to them while buying a house to get a ballpark quote for installing a new heat pump and replacing an existing gas furnace. They promptly provided a rough estimate for a few different options. After closing, I contacted them again for an on-site estimate. They arrived on time and presented a final quote that was very close to the initial estimate. We scheduled the installation for the following week, and they completed the job quickly. Don’t waste your time with other HVAC companies that might stand you up. Doug and Rob are reliable, punctual, and offer fair pricing.

I had my in home humidifier installed by Elbert Heating and Air LLC. Doug and their team did a great job, they came installed, explained about maintaining the equipment and cleaned up post installation. I would definitely recommend them.

We had an AC/furnace combo that had never been installed correctly and was at the end of it's life. Rob was able to give me detailed answers on how to improve our airflow issues and we wound up getting a new heat pump with a backup furnace for when the temp drops. The install went great and we are loving the heat pump. Rob and his team are awesome!

We had Rob come out to do a top to bottom inspection on our furnace to get it ready for the season. After his inspection, he recommended a new furnace (which we had already suspected would be the case). Rob & his crew came out in a timely manner, did a furnace & whole house humidifier replacement at quite a reasonable price!! Rob is honest, very professional & knowledgeable in his line of work! Excellent service quality install. We added ac to our home which required a new furnace. The guys were great and it looks amazing where they put the ac unit and ran the lines. Highly recommended.

Elbert Heating &Air LLC were great Rob was very polite knowledgeable honest easy to get in touch with came over the same day I called work was done to perfection clean up was done I will call him again for any repairs great job thank you

They couldn’t give a straight answer about their hourly rate, provide a proper receipt or itemized invoice for over 30 days. On top of that, they padded the hours to cover costs that had nothing to do with the service. Their communication was defensive and dismissive.

These guys are AWESOME!!! My furnace was on the fritz in the middle of a cold snap, but Doug and Rob were there right away to help. They went out of their way actually to accommodate my needs and I couldn't be happier! Thanks guys! (Very reasonable pricing as well!)
