I have been with them for 5 years or so on the yearly plan. I never had issues but I was just renewed for another year and I asked them to refund and flip me to month to month (the payment came out yesterday), but do to "terms of service, it's impossible". It's a money grab. It's crappy they would rather make a few hundred bucks instead of do the right thing.

Used to be a good company, but its support has gone in the dumpster. Two weeks into trying to resolve an issue and I'm no closer than I was when I started. You can no longer speak to a real person, in real time. Its all done via chat and it can take anywhere from 6 to 18 hours to get a response from them. Then, if you don't respond immediately, even if they get back to you in the middle of the night, there's a chance they'll close your ticket and you have to start all over again. Oh, but when you start all over again, they might just merge the ticket back into the prior one, but since it was closed, you can't reply to it anymore. So you get to start...all over again! Highly unlikely I'll be continuing on with this company once my subscription ends. Zero respect for its users.

- Formatting a document is very limited - The pricing tables are clunky - The inability for you to create a product bundle without updating to an enterprise edition is extortion as it should be part of the most basic feature.

They asked for my credit card information and promised not to charge me throughout the 14-day trial. The business promises to offer you a two-day warning before charging you if you decide to keep using the service. However, the business immediately charged my credit card, and I cannot download or email the content. Every time I click the "Start Subscription Now" button on the website, my credit card is debited. (The download is still not functional.) You don't have a 14-day free trial; that was a ruse to get you to pay right away.

I liked it but they are expensive for a small business and we don't get enough e-signatures to warrant the price, asked to cancel but they charged us anyway then every time we message on chat to ask for a refund they say they will "look into it" then never come back. Stuck with it this year by the look of it but never again I've cancelled the recurring direct debit. They are just too greedy and haven't thought about the long game in keeping customers happy just the short term taking of cash from unsuspecting business owners. And reading other reviews it looks like majority are staff not actual paying customers..the paying customers are mainly 1 star so read into that what you will.

The site is almost perfect but the customer support is absolutely horrific. I was able to build my "template" so easily that I was extremely, EXTREMELY, impressed. I have one, ONE, simple question that I cannot get a straight answer to and reaching a person that is motivated to see this product is not an option. No phone number, no chat option. Only a pending email that is answered with generic responses. I reached out on facebook with the same question* and was blocked. *Once I start paying would I be able to save my template so thatvthe text fields would not mave and have my sales staff use the template, without being able to alter the template, and send it to potential clients throughout the day? Like a paperless proposal. You see, we are streamlined and all of our estimates are very similar. The only answer I get from the person on email is: I see you are on the free subscription, once you purchase the plan you can save your work and make it a template. A 5 minute conversation would have made me a happy customer. Pandadoc does NOT care and they, obviously, do NOT need more customers. Disturbing behavior but I think thats par for the course these days, especially in the state they are based out of.

Amazing team and awesome to work with. Platform saved our company, Hüify, over 8 hours each sales rep per month in the contract reaction process. Definitely worth looking into.

PandaDoc helped my entire sales team be more efficient when creating and sending proposals and quotes. My sales reps used to spend 1-2 hours creating proposals, now it's done in less then 10 minutes. Highly recommend their product to any company with a sales team.

Great product! Use it every other day to send proposals to enterprise clients. Created with PandaDoc docs look professional, it's easy to update terms, sign with e-signtature. Clients like how easy it is fill out, select pricing options and forward to colleague.

Seriously HORRIBLE!! I just wanted to try this out very quickly to see what it will do. It now forces me to connect to it every time I want to open one of my docs in google drive, and disconnecting is not easy to find. It is not listed in m list of connected apps in my google drives page, so I cannot adjust the settings. I cannot find any phone number to call to expedite the process. This is NOT user friendly at all, and is adding a great deal of extra effort to my already extremely busy schedule. This is very frustrating, I do not have time to deal with this. I should be able to CHOOSE whether or not I want to use the app, not be forced to immediately. Every other app I have used and connected to google drive allows the option of using, not using, disconnecting, ect... This one wont let me do that. Why in the world is it not showing up in my connected apps???!!! I hate that this gives me no option to NOT use it now, and look deeper into how it works when I have more time. Because of this extreme inconvenience, I will (EVENTUALLY) figure out how to get this off, and never use it!

I had a poor experience with this company.

Documents as a webapp? Yes please. Documents integrated directly with my CRM? Ahh yaaa. Automating the second half of my sales funnel (think proposals, contracts and offer letters) to increase my close rates and shorten my sales cycle? Tangible benefits right there.

Great product but glitchy. Problem is you cannot cancel. They will bill you and not let you cancel. I do not recommend the product.

This is a scam their phone number doesn't work. They do not reply by email. My father was scammed by this company. Do not do business with them. Call whatever company you are working with directly.

PandaDoc referred me to one of their developers who never finished (or actually started) the project. Thousands spent on a worthless contract with nothing to show for it.

Innovative product and humble, driven individuals who are more concerned with their team being built of people who have strong character than their educational pedigree.

Use the software almost every other day for my document and signing needs. Never going to switch :)

Noone answer the phone on t hat office, they ask for a message or e mail but as soon the voice mails tart running the system hang up
