Called Omar late in the evening and he picked up right away, which I really appreciated. Our heating wasn’t working and he arranged for a technician to come out the very next morning. The tech was excellent — friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He found the issue quickly and fixed it. Overall, very fast service and great communication. Really happy with how everything was handled. Highly recommend.

Great work by Mike from MWS in assessing my house. Mr.Wali Nawa and co. installed Heat pump and furnace in a professional way, paying attention to every details and helped setting up the Ecobee thermostat. Looking forward to see how the cooling system work in next summer. All in all, it was a nice experience from start to finish . My thanks goes to the whole team.

The team from MWS HVAC were very knowledgeable and professional. The installation team for the Heatpump and furnace were simply amazing. They did a fantastic job, attention to detail, cleanup after completion, helped set up the Ecobee smart thermostat and made sure the cooling and heating were working properly. Now I am using the heating element of the heatpump and it worked very well. Thank you very much for a job well done.

MWShvac did a great job of supplying and installing the Heat Pump and Furnace, very clean and professional.... So far we used only the COOL option of the Heat Pump and it was nice and powerful. We hope that the Heat option will be great and efficient, as soon as the weather gets colder.

The people were very kind and efficient in their work. They explained everything clearly and helped us understand our new system. Initially, the new heat pump didn’t work but they replaced it immediately and it’s working very well. I hope that any issues in the future, if any, will be attended to efficiently as well. Thank you MWS HVAC for the fantastic installation, service, and recommendations for my propane furnace / air handler, heat pump for heating and cooling, air filtration and also heat pump hot water tank! My electric bill is low and I use around 75% less propane! (combined effects of all energy upgrades - additional insulation plays a part of that too to be fair). All equipment meets all our temperature demands (hot water, cooling and heating), and also helps clean the air by leaving our furnace fan rull all the time. Piece of mind with reliable equipment, paying for itself every day. Quality of life / comfort improvements and energy savings provide an excellent return on investment. Excellent job and just in time for the cold weather. All the guys were considerate by texting me in advance. Alec the electrician was especially thoughtful and thorough.

They were so professional and they took their time to make sure all the equipments are installed correctly and working perfectly and efficiently, they also came back to check everything was right according to safety rules… Thanks for the great work, love this new heat pump system

He is personable.  When he says the job will be done, it will be done on time.  They clean up after each day of work and when the job is finished.  He is honest and upfront about the price.  He will make sure the job stays within the estimated price.
