This is the second year that Justin has carried out the annual cleaning and checking of our heat pump system. He was everything you would like to have in a technician. He was punctual, knowledgable, efficient, and friendly.

Renato and Chris did a great job on my house -- attention to detail, thoughtful design, careful work, good communication with the homeowner, protecting the furnishings, and cleaning up as they went. And they're a pleasure to work with I have no hesitation in recommending N E Ductless for mini-split installation.

We installed heat pumps in our upstairs rental apartment. It had been electric baseboard heating, very expensive to operate. New England Ductless came out and advised us on what units we should get, a large one in the living room and smaller ones in each bedroom. The installation went great. The installers Carlos and Alvardo were very professional and polite. But the back office was very accommodating as well. Originally they told us they could work in March, but as this would miss most of the winter, we asked if they could move it up and they gave us a date three weeks later in January. They also helped us file for a MassSave Heat Loan right away. The loan part was so closely timed that I got the bank check the same day that installation started. I told them I got the check and asked them if they could not cash the personal check I gave them for the deposit, but to pick up this check the next day and they obliged. It really felt like we were on the same team. The tenants are very pleased with the heat pumps. They say the apartment is warmer than it's ever been.

Sammy and Carlos did an excellent job installing a complicated, 6 zone system in our small cape house over the course of five days. They were very conscientious, making sure to communicate with us what they were doing and went out of their way to make sure to answer all of our questions. Highly recommended.

The representatives of New England Ductless were excellent in every respect. They were skilled, efficient, kind, patient, and helpful. They clearly were experienced and knowledgeable, and they helped with some issues outside the job itself—got rid of a nest of hornets; removed an old heavy air conditioner from a window; cleaned up thoroughly each day. The system they installed works well and is easy to operate. Although I got it to provide cooling in the summertime, I’ve been really pleased with how it is helping warm up my house in these cold autumn days.

I called New England Ductless to install a new unit in my sunroom, which was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. They were awesome to work with! The prices were in-line with the other companies that I spoke with, but the knowledge of the actual equipment and what it could/could not do was far superior.

It went well. My house is very old and they had to remove an air conditioner from the wall before installing the new system. Because of unforeseen added difficulties it took longer to remove the air conditioner. They still managed to get everything done on time. I also had a hornet's nest under one of the eaves. They were able to manage the work, so the heating unit near the nest was done last. That way I was able to clear the hornet's nest without delaying the work. They sent over two men each day. They went straight to work in a very efficient manner. They let me know up front how much the job would be and they also offered to help me get back rebates from the electric company, because the system is an energy saver model. They also explained how to clean the filters and programed the remote controls that turn on and off the system. Overall I was very happy with how the entire installation went and would use them again,

I received prompt replies to my request, had a technician review my location within a few short days and received a quote before he left. The quote included the installation of a small ductless AC/Heating unit that would be able to heat the entire basement and provide temperature readouts and the ability for my wife and I to adjust the temperature at anytime using an app on our smart phones. The quote was reasonably priced for the level of work, and I was able to get on their schedule immediately. Two weeks later, a team of 3 technicians showed up to install the unit and all of the necessary equipment outside. They cleaned up every single spec (both in the area outside and inside the basement) and their electrician was also able to wire everything successfully through my light fixtures without needing to drill a single hole in the ceiling or walls! The team was friendly, & polite, professional, and completed the entire job before the end of the work day. They were also able to set us up on the app, explain all features of the unit and walkthrough some tips on how to best heat (or cool) the space without running it more than it needs to. I would not hesitate to call this company again.

Everything went great. They came out to evaluate the project and were creative on how to install the units where it would be cost effective while maintaining a clean look on both the outside of the house and the inside. The installers were great. They were hard working, clean and professional. They had an electrician and roofer as part of their team so they took care of everything. They even help with the Mass Save rebates!
