These guys are the best. I've had nothing but outstanding service from Steve the owner to whoever is coming over to work on our system. Personable, polite, prompt, responsible and capable. This is an excellent company. I recommend them highly.

Our project was extensive, involving changing over from boiler, radiant heating, and multiple air conditioning units to a four heat-pump based system. We interviewed five different companies, and chose Lohrman due to an overall gestalt of competency, competitive pricing, and prior customer feedback. Lohrman HVAC truly exceeded expectations and here is why: 1) Service: Today we needed a service call, which we placed at 7am, and at 8am a representative was at our door. The problem was fixed an hour later and they are coming back this afternoon to do additional work to make sure the problem doesn't recur. 2) Efficiency: They made a plan, executed it, all within the time frame delineated. Awesome! 3) Dependability: They arrived on time each day, cleaned up and left on time, leaving us with a chance to live normally with workmen in the house. 4) System design: Properly analyzed our requirements and did not under or over-size the equipment. 5) No surprises: Did not have hidden extra costs during installation. 6) Worth the money: We discussed whether we should go with a less expensive company, but given the above reasons, we were more than happy to pay a bit extra for superior service.

I highly recommend Lohrman HVAC who recently repaired my air-conditioning unit which had stopped working properly. From scheduling the appointment to the expertise of the HVAC technician, everything was top-notch. I appreciate the fair pricing and excellent customer service provided. I will definitely be using Lohrman HVAC again.

We just completed having both of our heating and air conditioning systems replaced by Lohrman and were extremely pleased with the entire process. From the initial estimate/quote to the ordering and throughout the installation process, Steve Lohrman and his team kept us informed. The installers were very kind, courteous, clean, professional, and thorough. We highly recommend them.

Of all the trade companies I deal with as a homeowner, Lohrman is my favorite. In the last couple of years, I’ve had to have them come out 5-6 times to service my old heating and central air units (which were not installed by them) for various issues. Every time they’ve been able to schedule me quickly, even once when I called at 2 pm before the 4th of July weekend in the middle of a heat wave. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and have the patience to answer my many questions along the way. I find their prices very fair and they’ve never tried to upsell me on unnecessary services. Highly recommend these guys!

Lohrman HVAC did a wonderful job replacing our 25 year-old hot-air furnace and air conditioning in January, 2019. Their professional technicians worked hard to remove and replace the old system with a quality fuel-efficient system. Lohrman's entire staff is excellent. Even the fire inspector commented that the installation quality is outstanding. You know that you have a great system backed by a reputable company and unparalleled service. My wife and I highly recommend Lohrman!

Steve was great in explaining everything from the scope of the job to how the system works. The office staff are kind and responsive. They gave me a competitive quote and I am happy with the installation. I would recommend Lohrman for any HVAC need you might have.

Okay, so I'm changing my review since I rescheduled an appointment and this time they did came to my house. They did a wonderful job, the technician was friendly. But the best thing was, the technician put a cover on his shoes before coming in! That should be an industry standard!

Super nice and helpful office staff. Techs were clean, polite, and helpful. They gave an honest assessment with options. Most importantly, unlike most HVAC companies, It didnt feel like they were trying to push anything on me, they explained everything so I could make an informed decision.

I’m not sure what all the positive reviews are about, my experience was pretty poor. I hadn’t had any issues with my AC and was using them for annual tuneup. Then 30 days after my last tuneup I found a big puddle of water on the basement floor. It turned out to be the condensate pump and I cleaned it myself after watching a couple of YT videos. This wasn’t some kind of obscure leak in the system - it’s very easy to inspect the condensate pump - and made me wonder what else did they miss? They couldn’t get anyone out on time to help and refused to take any responsibility. Initially they said they normally use tablets to clean the pump but given the level of sludge they must have missed it. Then they changed their tune to say they don’t clean the condensate pump at all which would be a level of service down but I guess ok if they at least let me know so I can clean it myself before it got too bad. When I made that last point, their answering woman Randy was rude and told me this is how they do things and if I don’t like it I should call a different company.

I am not a HVAC expert, so I don't know what kind of fancy work was done on my HVAC unit. It is a spring/summer inspection and tune up, they charged me $375 for one man, 1.5 hours of work. <br /> There was a mess up on the first appointment, but they were punctual on the second appointment. <br />

Our 15 year old AC finally stopped working, and we called Lohrman HVAC to come and look at it. They returned our call promptly and arrived exactly on schedule. After sometime, the engineer, Scott, informed me that the condenser was really beyond repair so I asked him for an estimate on replacing it. He contacted his office and within a couple of hours, I got a call with a full details of price and timeline for obtaining a new compressor and installation. Within 24 hours Scott was back with the new unit and within two hours it was installed and the AC was fully functional. <br />

Based on a recommendation from a co-worker, I contacted Lohrman HVAC to get an estimate on a new heating system and to get our boiler serviced which is 49 years old. The people I spoke with on the phone at the office were very nice, friendly, and patient while I asked all my questions. I scheduled the appointment specifically with Steven as he would be able to service the boiler, and provide an estimate for a new one. <br /> The window was 12-4, and Steven showed up shortly after 1. During his entire visit, he was friendly, polite, and professional. He spoke with us prior to starting, and got an understanding of what we were looking for. After taking care of the boiler, he gathered the necessary information he needed in order to provide us a quote for a new system. <br /> The feedback Steven gave us was invaluable. While he can't know if our system will break tonight or 10 years from now, getting honest feedback on the condition of our system allows us the ability to plan ahead on when we should replace it to avoid getting stuck. He also provided honest feedback on what would best fit our needs when we do get a new system. <br /> My experience with Lohrman was great, and I would recommend them to a friend. <br /> <br />
