Never buy York/Johnson Controls. We purchase 2 brand new HVAC rooftop units on our commercial building in 2020 and EVERY summer starting the first year one or both units have boards and VFDs go out. Support has been slow and unhelpful, mostly unresponsive. My team and office guests are roasting all day long. Beware!

I would never us Johnson controls again. It is next to impossible to talk to someone in the united states. They send invoices, but will not provide necessary lien releases. very frustrating, as well as over priced.

***DO NOT HIRE THEM*** Well to start, NOTHING was said about a 3 hour minimum or $300/hour service charge. These people are crooks. When attempting to dispute the charges, they refuse to help. DON'T HIRE THEM. There are better companies out there.

Customer service terrible communication between departments does not happen. Do not show up to schedule appointments. Over change for terrible work that takes way to long. Find another monitoring company you will be better off.

I've never had a lower opinion about any other company.

Got what I needed!

Quick response but have had multiple problems. The system does not keep up in the summer, told it is duct work and multiple attempts to tape the duct instead of fixing it right, still not fixed properly and will be looking for another vendor to fix the system.

Showed up quickly next day and installed a new outside a/c unit, no problems.

They were responsive despite having a very busy day and worked overtime to get the job done.

They were very professional! Worked as a team to get it done and were very thorough in checking to make sure everything was working correctly! Cleaned up after and made sure we were satisfied with the work!

We got four quotes to install our new air conditioning unit but Air Xpress was the only company that identified an issue we had with our existing duct work. The issue had become so bad that black mold was starting to grow in our system and we were totally unaware of the problem. No other company even mentioned that there might be a problem with our duct work being improperly installed previously. In addition to identifying and correcting the duct work problem, they were the most competitive quote for the work involved. Everyone at the company, from the owner to each employee was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Contractor is not reliable whatsoever. This contractor promised me a 10-year labor and parts warranty with a well known brand (Johnson Controls) and he never registered my HVAC system with the manufacturer. I have had nothing but problems with this new heat pump system. I would never use this contractor again nor I would buy this well known brand unit. This well known brand gives you the run around every time you talk to customer service department (if you can get to them) and do not offer any solution to your issues.

Everything went fine.

Install was great, after 4 months stopped working, cant get hold of the company to come back and resolve issue.

While Air Xpress began a great communication experience, the bottom line is this...............Air Xpress promised "Warranty" paperwork, never received them, they neglected to tell us in the beginning that the Condenser pump needed to be replaced. Which resulted in our condo flooding when we started up the heat pump. The response time while quick was less then stellar. They charged us $285 to break dry-wall, they did while installing the pump, and our heat pump will NOT go below 70 degrees. Air Xpress did not offer or try to clean up/mitigate the water damage that was due to their negligence. To make the situation more entertaining they will not return any of our calls or text.

My AC failed on an extremely hot day. They came to my house immediately. My AC needed replacement. They stayed until it was complete at 11:00 at night. My system recently was not working. They came diagnosed the problem and fixed it with no additional charges even though the problem was not theirs. I appreciate the time they spent explaining everything to me. They are extremely kind, curteous and professional. I would recommend this company!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We hired Dan/Air Xpress after interviewing three companies for replacing a heat pump and central air. His price was the best of the three interviewed. He was prompt and had his crew do the installation but we had issues from the beginning. System would shut down because of an issue with condensation from the AC not draining, however, we never had this issue with the old AC. After 3 or 4 appointments trying to figure out the problem, Dan's crew installed a pump to force the water from the AC pan. Well, we felt that there were still issues as the pump never shut off and ran constantly. We called Dan and scheduled two appointments --he didn't cancel but he never came. We had our home watch service schedule and apt and he never showed for that appointment either so we hired another firm to come check the system. It was found that the float on the pump was "tapped" down by his employee so the pump ran constantly. We are lucky that we didn't end up with a house fire. Do Not Hire!

They saved the day for me! A different company had promised but wouldn't deliver unless I pre-paid after waiting 4 days with no AC. Danny at Air Xpress made sure we received the unit the same day! Amazing! Thank you Air Xpress!

The owner of the company is very nice and they stand by their quality and service. I had to have the entire system replaced including the duct work. The only issue I had was they over-committed on completion and had too many major jobs going on at the same time, so it took longer than expected.

The service was good. The man who put in the motor was really nice. They were late for my appointment and it took longer but it had rained alot the day before and I think they were catching up. The price was right they saved me over $300 over their competition.
