I was in need of a mold testing company, not only were they very professional and went through everything that would be expected, but they also were very fast at getting someone to come out and do the testing and results were given the following week! Would recommend to anyone needing mold testing!

He was very prompt and professional, briefing me on some tips to follow to get more out of our HVAC system and our Michael Bonsby service contract. I was very satisfied with the quality of his work and look forward to him performing our next biannual inspection and service.

I’m disappointed to have to write this review: IAQ replaced our HVAC system 8 months ago. The service was great — but I believe **they did not obtain the city-required (and contractually promised) building permit.** I’ve asked eight times by phone or email for copies of the permit and for assurance that they did in fact obtain the permit. IAQ either did not respond to my inquiries, or said someone would follow-up but nobody ever did. Pretty shady stuff! Unfortunately, I’d think twice before signing another $16K contract with them.

Awesome job. From Darnell coming for the inspection and quote to Gustavo and the install team. Darnell was thorough and very patient. He answered all of our questions, took time to ensure we understood and even shed some light on other products. The install tram was on time, did a fantastic job and made sure their mess was cleaned up. IAQ was not the cheapest quote but their customer engagement, quality of work and attention to detail sealed the deal for me. They took very good care of me! Would definitely recommend and I would hire again.

The HVAC installation performed by IAQ was thorough and careful attention to detail was the order of the day over many hours. The IAQ Technicians were responsive to questions and I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and the professionalism they brought to the project.

IAQ Medics (Kevin) delivered outstanding service today. IAQ Medics has recently added plumbing services to an already outstanding company. This visit initially was for a plumbing evaluation. The evaluation was very thorough and Kevin provided his recommendations. There was absolutely no pressure to have any work done today and I felt comfortable in my decision to move forward with a couple of his recommendations. I was extremely impressed with his technical expertise, professionalism, as well as being personable. Kevin is truly an asset and a keeper!

Lucas and Walter just completed the installation of my new Heat and Air Condition system. They are quality technicians, and their installation workmanship is superior. I also would li to commend Darnell for his thorough (No Pressure) explanation of my options regarding the HVAC System to purchase. Last but not least the original trouble shooting Technician, Felix for his excellent work.

We unfortunately found a water leak from the water heater at 5 AM. Kevin was at the house by 8AM assessing the problem and got to work immediately repairing the problem with the pipe. He took the time to make sure there were no other issues and answered all of my questions and concerns. Many, many thanks to Kevin, Dario, Scott, and all the folks at IAQ Medics. We sincerely appreciate the fast response and excellent service for the repair! You are the very best HVAC company in the area with your dedication to service and customer support!

New install of garbage disposal. Owner bought the equipment and Kevin installed it. Labor was way more than what the garbage disposal cost! Labor was twice what the part cost!

Kevin did a great job explaining what the problem was and provided a detailed estimate of the job. He discovered a leak on another valve a was able to tighten it down to stop the leak, so no additional work was needed, and it was not charged. The job was done efficiently and neatly. Kevin's communicated very well throughout the whole process so there were no surprises.

Great job as always! My technician, Felix, continues to do an awesome job in servicing my HVAC system and providing recommendations to keep the unit running efficiently. He ensures all system checks are done properly and any questions he is more than happy to answer! Highly recommend Felix!

I am always so impressed with the communications and service from Indoor Air Quality Medics. I could not be more satisfied.

I scheduled an appointment to get a free quote for a Rinnai Tankless Hot Water Heater to replace my 20 year old tank hot water heater. Thomas Roberts came out and quickly provided me with a quote for the Rinnai RSC199iN and an American Standard EHUMD300 Whole House Humidifier. Thomas also provided me with the necessary paperwork to submit an Added Load Request with Washington Gas in order to get an upgraded meter to support my new Rinnai system. The Lead Technician for the installation of both my systems was Trent and his apprentice was Lucas. They were both very friendly, courteous, professional, efficient, and very neat. The whole process was basically very efficient and essay to schedule. The only downside, was that on the "Description of Work" paperwork that I received it states that the warranties for both systems would be completed by IAQM. The American Standard product was completed by IAQM, but the Rinnai system was not. I registered this system myself. Also, I am still waiting to hear from IAQM to schedule when the Fairfax County Inspector will be coming out to check on the Rinnai installation. Overall, I thought the installation and getting the necessary ungraded meter was outstanding. The only downside for me was the follow-up process after the installation. I still would recommend IAQM for their products and their technicians expertise.

I purchased as new a/c unit 4 months ago which also included service visits twice a year…had my first service visit that discovered some issues with the furnace that needed to be addressed…I am grateful for the diagnosis, the service and the professionalism that I received…I feel even better about my decision to work with IAQ Medics 4 months ago…I feel like I’m in good hands.
