HX Mechanical

We have had HX Mechanical out to our home for a few issues. We had a gas leak in our fireplace, which was fixed the very next day. Our recent experience was one I thought would be tedious and time consuming, it wasn’t. We discovered we had no hot water on Wednesday evening, and our water heater was leaking. I texted AJ Wednesday evening and we had a new water heater installed Thursday. The service is topnotch, with instant replies, fast (and reasonable!) quotes and excellent service. You will not find better customer service. Our water heater was 20 years old and there were some serious issues with that original installation. Our basement could have easily flooded due to the issues. HX Mechanical explained all of their concerns to us and fixed them. I have such peace of mind knowing this job was done right. 5 stars for excellence in every way.

Had HX Mechanical out to re-plumb a new sink, garbage disposal, etc after a new countertop install. The new sink had a different drain configuration/location and was a difficult case to plumb into the existing lines and space in our cabinet, but their team figured out a solution and did great work. They were very communicative, prompt, and stayed late to get all the work done a few days before Thanksgiving which was very appreciated. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

AJ and his crew have been working on our personal home and rentals for awhile now. He is always prompt to respond, and the entire crew is professional, communicative, and neat. They had to replace all the plumbing in one of our rentals while it was occupied and the renter had no issues at all, and didn’t have to move out during the entire process because of how AJ and crew worked around the renters work schedule. Alfredo and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable and truly an A-Team. They handled our Highlands Ranch home projects, including a basement remodel, electrical work and plumbing, with exceptional quality and attention to detail. The whole team was very sincere, professional, and proficient. They have done work on our whole building and on individual condos and everyone in our building has only positive things to say..that’s pretty rare! AJ and his team (Luis and Mike) replaced my old, rusting galvanized pipes and installed PEX throughout my home. The ancient pipes were on the verge of bursting, and I had water pressure issues as well as a rusted valves (which HX previously repaired for me). The project was large and there were many surprises along the way, but his team remained calm, focused, professional and kind. They updated me throughout the day with the progress, what they found, and what next steps were. AJ is extremely responsive and communicative (for example, he responds to calls and texts promptly, even in the evening and on weekends). I really trust AJ and his team to do a great job, and at an extremely fair price. I could not recommend HX Mechanical more!

We were quoted an arm and a leg for a replacement hot water heater. While the other company was still at the house, we called AJ and he immediately told us the true price and his team was at our house fixing it in less than 24 hours. AJ and all of his crew are extremely kind, considerate and efficient.

HX Mechanical and their employees are exemplary! Mike, Chris, Luis, and AJ do a thorough job from start to finish. We'd called them for a clogged dishwasher drain, and when asked to upgrade some of our fittings, they happened to have everything they needed on hand, and accepted the additional task. Thankfully they also discovered an unknown leak from the water main into our crawl space. It looked like it may have been dripping for some time. They didn't hesitate to repair, even though (due to circumstances beyond anyone's control) we had to wait a couple hours to drain the pipes. They were thoughtful, patient, thorough, fast and skilled. There is no question who I will recommend or call, if anyone should need plumbing services. Their customer service and quality control (everything was checked and double-checked) were extraordinary. Even with the additional (and unplanned time), the cost was very (I mean very) reasonable. HX Mechanical: you guys are the best!

AJ and the guys serviced my boiler as he had quoted, even though they ran into an unexpected problem. (broken bolt) I will have them back again with no problem. I can't say that for all the Castle Rock Heating/AC so called pros.

AJ and the team at HX Mechanical have replaced a pressure regulating valve, installed a shower mixing valve and installed a whole home humidifier for us. They have done a great job on each project, are always respectful while in our home and offer very competitive pricing.

Our water heater broke on Friday night, and we called AJ on Saturday afternoon. He returned our call within an hour. AJ and his team arrived on Sunday morning and quickly replaced our hot water heater. They did an excellent job, and we’re very satisfied with the service! I highly recommend there services.

In a world full of boiler and hot water swindlers, AJ and HX Mechanical shine out as true craftsman dedicated to solving your problem vs selling you expensive and needless services. AJ quickly solved and expertly installed a brand new boiler without any of the hassle or frustrations the larger national companies inflict on you - no high pressure sales tactics just honest good work at a reasonable price. Truly cannot recommend HX Mechanical enough. If you need a no nonsense fix to your problem, AJ is the guy.

They did a great job rearranging the plumbing when we bought a larger kitchen sink. They also installed a new garbage disposal We will use them again if we have plumbing needs.

I had a leak in my radiant floor heating which could not be repaired without demolishing my entire floor as the hosing was in concrete. AJ and his team designed and installed a whole new heating system. To say that this project was complicated would be putting it mildly. AJ and his team were knowledgeable, polite, and professional every step of the way. This project took longer than expected but they were there everyday with smiles making sure it was done correctly. Their work ethic is impeccable. I would not trust anyone else to work on my house. They even brought up my trash cans one day for me. They went above and beyond and words cannot express how thankful I am for their excellent work.

My hot water heater went out over the weekend, and when I called at 7 a.m. on Monday, AJ took my call, listened to my issue, and had a quote back for a replacement within 30 minutes. His quote was $700 less than two other quotes I had received. Not only did I have a quote by 7:45 a.m., he was at my house ready to do the repair at 9:30 a.m. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had a new hot water heater installed—along with the resolution of another plumbing issue that had caused the problem—by 1:30 in the afternoon. He also called me to check in the following day, which was really nice. I recommend AJ and his team at HX Mechanical wholeheartedly and have him as my preferred plumber moving forward.
