Called Steve on a Saturday afternoon and left a message that we have water leaking into our bedroom ceiling right under where the heating/AC unit is located. He got back us back pretty quickly. He got out here that evening and diagnosed the problem. Told us to only use electric heat until he could come back out on Tuesday to remedy the problem. He called Monday and said he would be there that day. He came out and fixed the issue. Steve was very courteous, knowledgable and came across as a very honest person. We were very happy with him and will definitely use him in the future, should the need arise.

Steve came out on short notice for us, right before a big heat wave, when our AC decided to act up. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly, and took the time to explain what was going on and how we can keep up with maintenance moving forward. He was professional, reliable, and his pricing was very fair. It was a huge relief that he was able to make the time for us when he did. We’ll definitely be calling him for any HVAC needs from here on out!

Steve did a great job replacing our furnace and central AC. Extremely professional. Very neat job. System is working great. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good hvac guy. I have had him here in the past fixing my old AC unit. Have always been very satisfied with him and his work.

Steve did a great job. Showed up and diagnosed the problem with a mini split, talked with the manufacturer and facilitated the replacement of the condenser under warranty, and installed the new condenser. His price was good and he had the system up in running quickly.

Very nice guy, we called on a Friday night and although he doesn’t service heating oil he kindly stayed on the phone and talked us through to try and help us figure out the issue.

My wife and I had Steve come in to give us an estimate on a mini split unit for our Cape style house. What a gentleman, he explained everything in detail to us, didn't just run through it where you were left scratching your head and wondering what that person said. While working in the house and outside he was clean efficient and personable. Five star is the highest rating you can give and I would give more if possible. It's been about 6 months since the install the unit is working flawlessly and we couldn't be happier. Also I don't see a spike in my electric bill. My opinion is if you need an HVAC person call Steve, you couldn't be in better hands.

Steve is great. I would recommend him for anyone in need of Hvac/plumbing work. He was friendly and professional during his visit. Steve serviced my entire system from changing filters to checking line pressure and cleaning sensors. While doing all of that he took a great deal of time showing me and teaching me about the system and how it functions. All in all it was a great experience and it feels good having him stored in my phone incase of an emergency.
