These guys are awesome, we had a bathroom tap fail and water came through the kitchen ceiling. When we discovered it, I called Help for Heating, and someone was at the house within 45mins. Great service and the guy who attended was super helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Had a boiler service by Help For Heating via HomeTree in September. Since the service the boiler has been making a strange squawking sound when the hot water goes on. I have called Help For Heating twice to ask them what the problem is but have not heard back. I'd be happy to give a better review if I do hear from them and they can help resolve the issue. Let's see how that goes.

Booked Scott for our boiler service 2 years ago, he rearranged the appointment twice, both times on the day we were expecting him but did come and was efficient and friendly. Booked him again this year, he rang us at 6.30pm the first time to say he couldn't come (we'd already guessed that was the case) and the 2nd time we didn't even hear from him and he didn't reply to my text asking to rearrange. Very unreliable and poor communication so won't be booking again.

Excellent service and great prices compared to industry rates for supply and labour as described on Which. Have used Scott and the team for almost a decade.

Patriot was awesome from the start. I got 3 estimates for the same Trane AC units, removal of 2 very old systems and install of 2 new systems and they were the best price by far and offered a 2 year labor warranty on top of it. The removal and install went great and Will wouldn’t leave until I was 100% satisfied with everything. Highly recommend them for any heating or air conditioning needs.

EXCELLENT. Had Horizon Services (who I was contracted with until today) come out to do the annual service. Guy came without his equipment, told me he couldn’t purge the system, and then told me it’s better to have my oil company service our boiler anyway and to cancel our service with Horizon. Consider that done. Called Patriot. They were upset that Horizon was ripping us off and didn’t fulfill their contract. Then they passed my info on to their techs who were in the area and stopped to see if they could do anything even though they were in their oil delivery truck and not their service truck. These guys came, fixed the issue, and left in about a half an hour. NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. This is the second time Patriot has come out last minute when a different company failed and fixed our problem. These guys are AWESOME. Highly recommend them to everyone looking for heating oil or service. Thank you again Patriot!

It went great. My furnace was lukewarm and showers were not fun anymore. I was told ahead of time that the acid wash may not work. It was a complete success. My water was lava hot again! The lady I spoke to the phone was very nice and professional. So was the gentleman that came over to supervise the work of his two plumbers.

From the first contact with Greg at Patriot, our experience was great! He returned calls promptly, answered all of our questions, and treated us with respect. Of all the bids we received for our new AC install, his was the lowest. I would have paid more for the great experience! Greg made sure his best install team was assigned for the job and personally inspected the job when it was completed. I wasn't present for the install and had a question; Greg returned my call within 10 minutes that evening to answer my question. I've already recommended Patriot to a neighbor and a co-worker. They'll be my go-to for all of my heating and AC needs. Thanks, Greg, Donna and the Patriot team!

They were punctual, polite and efficient. They communicated well and did a great job. <br />

They were good in the beginning and then made a few mistakes. When they came back they wanted to charge me for it. You get a gas leak and when you come to fix it you don?t charge for it but they did. I was not very happy with that. They did a great job. They did a great job, and I was happy with that. I am happy I have not had any problems after that. Their prices are good. I called the gas company for inspection and everything was right. They came the same day right away. The gas company shut off the gas, and I was without heat. It was nice that they came the same day.
