I cannot recommend Harrell HVAC enough. Super nice people from start to finish. Incredibly affordable and extremely professional. I have their twice a year service package and I’m glad I do. They came out and cleaned the coils in my unit (which had gotten pretty stuffed up), checked levels, duct work, etc. The AC is blowing colder than ever. They didn’t try to scam me into things I didn’t need. Up front and honest. Anyone that can work outside in 90°+ weather and still be nice has my approval. Lol

Eli replaced our entire HVAC system, installed an inline air purifier, and installed a vapor barrier. He was extremely transparent about all options and helped me choose which were best for our family and our budget. He was courteous, prompt, and did excellent work at a small fraction of prices I'd been quoted by another "big" company. I wholeheartedly recommend him and we will be using him for our AC and other needs in the future.

Eli did a great job of coming through for me! Had my unit go out on one of my properties and he jumped right on issue to fix it. Everything was VERY much neatly done on the change out and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. It also helps that his pricing is THE BEST in all of Greenwood. Eli is hands down the most competent and knowledgable HVAC professional I've ever encountered. With him, you get the feeling that he's there to help, not just to sell his service. He can do it all - installs, parts, or just preventative maintenance, and at a price that's fair and affordable. If you don't believe me, shop around for quotes and compare them to his prices. I'll never call a different company for heating and cooling needs as long as Harrell HVAC is around.

Recently needed some estimates done for a commercial property and I was SO nervous. Once I called Harrell HVAC I felt so much better, they took their time, checked everything out, answered all my questions; wrote a detailed inspection and estimate and even recommended some other contractors I may need in the future. I called at 8am on a Saturday after our system almost caught on fire. Expecting to leave a voice-mail, I was surprised when Eli answered the phone. More surprised that he was at my home within the hour. Very happy at the rate. He coordinated with us through the holiday to get the unit we wanted. He was here bright and early today to install the new until. He worked all day, was respectful, used care in our home, and installed the entire new unit by himself. The price was great! Im so happy we took our friends recommendation. We will always call Eli in the future.

If there were 10 stars I could use to rate them, I would. Outstanding. I've used 5 different HVAC companies over the past 30 years and I'll never call anyone else but Eli ever again. He's not just an owner, he's a perfectionist who went way above and beyond. He resized ducts, built a bigger and deeper return box for our home due to an "expert" who did a terrible job. My equipment Harrell HVAC replaced should lasted longer than it did and it was because of poor installation and duct size. His knowledge is far beyond most. His work ethic is impeccable and honesty unmatched. A good Christian man who knows exactly how to make your job a 5 star experience as well. I want all potential customers to know what a great company they are. The equipment is quiet, the price was awesome and the install was neat, clean and professional. He actually called me to follow up making sure I had no issues. That too was a first. Don't make the mistake of using a bigger or older company who are about making a buck at your expense. Professional attitude and knowledge on hvac repair, was WAY better pricing than any other quotes we had gotten, plus was not bothered to answer any questions or concerns after blower motor was installed. Saved our family over a thousand dollars!!
