I’ve been doing business with Harbin Heat & Air for 4 years. I’m very satisfied with their service. This time our heater went out. They responded quickly and identified the problem right away and fixed it. The repairman also checked our other two units and found a problem with one. Hr ordered the part and installed it quickly. The repairman was very friendly and informative. He explained the problems thoroughly. As always, I was very satisfied with the service. I would recommend Harbin Heat & Air to family, friends and others. You can’t go wrong with this company.

It wasn’t HVAC work that I needed at this time, but some sheet metal fabrication to cap a leaking chimney. I was familiar with the Harbin Co’s expertise in this realm so they were my “go to” place. They made exactly what I needed in a timely and good workmanship manner. The price was reasonable for what I had prescribed they do. Thank you all.

I called Harbin Heating and Air at 6:30 am right after the ice storm apocalypse 2026. I had a leaky natural gas connection and Kevin Harbin showed up in a timely manner and fixed the issue.He even advised me of an upgrade that would save me money. Awesome service and awesome response after an ice storm.After I informed him this was my only form of heat, he said if his tech couldn't get here,he would come himself.He did.I appreciate Harbin Heating and Air!!!God Bless Y'all 👍👍

Jeremy and Justin installed new gas logs to replace the ones that stopped working. They had to modify a base plate, they cleaned everything up when finished, and showed us how to work the blower, the remote control, and the pilot light switch. We are all set if the power goes out in the Winter again!!

We called Harbin Heating and AC to come look at our heating system. We had heard a gurgling kind of sound. Our rep checked over everything and found no issues. He spent a good amount of time and thoroughly explained what he did. We added the maintenance plan and do our maintenance fell under the plan.

Same day service at a reasonable price. I called them and a service tech was at my door within a couple of hours. He fixed my issue in less than 30 minutes!! I highly recommend them!!!

Great company! My unit was frozen. I called them this morning, they got here at 2pm and had my heat back to working by 3pm. Fast service, and great price!

Harbin came out within the hour to repair our heating system during the last ice storm we had. They were exceptional and got us going immediately.

Josh was great. He came out very soon after I called for service and immediately recognized the problem (burnt wire) and got us up and running. Quick, courteous and efficient.

I called one morning to see if someone could come out to service my inside blower motor. To my surprise, 2 hours later, a service tech was at my door, diagnosed the issue and made the repair in 30 minutes. Just do not see that kind of customer service much anymore. The price was more than fair. Absolutely solid company! They still get that customer service is a priority.

Terrible customer service. Talked me into an undersized split system (I wanted central AC), installed faulty equipment with bad blower motors, ignored my complaints of the noise they made for years, kept having leaks, finally ‘offered’ to fix them for $1600, and while they are now quieter I’m still dealing with vast temperature differential between rooms requiring me to run multiple space heaters all winter (which drove my electricity bill through the roof) and during the summer I have to run multiple floor fans and ceiling fans. Their offered solution? More fans to circulate air. Do you know what circulates air? Central AC! I do NOT recommend using them. Overpriced, poor customer service, and faulty equipment. I can only assume that Carrier was offering kickbacks on mini split or my units were used and sold to me as new.

If you are in the Pickwick area and are looking for a reputable heating & air company, look no further. We have been using Harbin Heating & Air for over a decade. They are absolutely THE BEST!!! They have come out to our house and fixed our air multiple times over the years, even on holiday weekends. Their office staff and expert technicians are fantastic and affordable. I would sum up all of our experiences as: QUALITY! Standardizing excellence means repeatedly raising the bar after normalizing what is considered exceptional, this is Harbin Heating & Air!

I have only good things to say about Harbins Heating and air . They have always treated me well and been right here when needed . The staff of men (technicians) working there are so nice and treat you with respect and answer any question you have simply AMAZING group . The ladies in the office are absolutely sweethearts they’re so kind and helpful . Bought my unit from them in 2011 and have ALWAYS had GREAT SERVICE . Thank you to the STAFF and Mr. Randall Harbin . Highly recommend this company .

A great organization. Very responsive to requests for information. In 2017, they installed 2 systems in a new construction. Very well designed airflow. After 5 years, we have had 2 thermostats go out. I blame this on the manufacturer. Harbin came out immediately each occasion and replaced them under warranty. I had some questions about humidity in the house so I called. Kevin called me back and spent over 30 minutes on the phone discussing the situation. He gave me some suggestions to consider before looking at full house dehumidifiers. No charge for his time or expertise. Overall, couldn't be more satisfied.
