This man went full HVAC Batman Charles from H2 HVAC pulled up like he was about to perform open-heart surgery on my AC. Most techs show up, poke the unit with a screwdriver, wipe some dust, and dip. Not this dude. He was at my house so long I almost offered him a guest room. He had my outside units basically disassembled to atoms. I’m pretty sure if I’d walked outside at the wrong moment he would’ve been sitting cross-legged holding the compressor like Simba from The Lion King. The man cleaned parts I didn’t even know existed. My AC is probably running better than it did the day it was born. And the value? Wild. The amount of time and effort he put in is the kind of thing that would make other companies charge you your soul, your firstborn, and a kidney. Instead, Charles gave real human prices and actual craftsmanship. I didn’t feel robbed. I felt… cherished. By an HVAC technician. Never thought I’d say that in my life. He even followed up after the job to tell me about rebates I could get. Who does that? HVAC Santa Claus? If you want someone who treats your AC like it’s his own child and not just a paycheck, call H2 HVAC. Just don’t be surprised if he stays long enough to be considered a tenant.

Charles has done a excellent job in repairing my AC this week. His professional and skillful approach in rectifying multiple issues resulted in bringing the system back in a day. A very honest and professional service provided. Not tried to upsell any other services like many others do in the name of service tune up. After a very frustrating experience with another HVAC company, I called H2 HVAC for a second opinion on an AC unit that wasn’t cooling properly. The first company told me the system had a coil leak, the unit was discontinued, and my only option was to replace the entire system for nearly $6,000. H2 HVAC took a completely different approach. Their technician spent the time to properly diagnose the system instead of jumping straight to replacement. He recovered the refrigerant, performed a nitrogen pressure leak test, and confirmed that there were actually no leaks in the system at all. After recharging the refrigerant and verifying everything was operating correctly, the unit has been running perfectly ever since. H2 HVAC saved me thousands of dollars simply by doing an honest, thorough diagnosis instead of pushing unnecessary equipment replacements. Their technician was knowledgeable, transparent, and clearly focused on fixing the problem the right way.
