A nightmare from start to finish! GE hooking up with Bodwell was a terrible mistake for GE! I called for service on my GE portable washing machine. I did not know they were hooked up with another company. They sent three different men. I got three different opinions as to what was wrong with the machine. The first man told me I needed a hose assembly and the attachment to the sink. He could order it for me, but he couldn’t promise that it would fix the situation! Second man came and told me something entirely different.but he could not promise that would fix the situation. The problem seems to be a leak at the faucet attachment. I did try on my own to buy a new adapter. It did not help. I paid the company $167 for the house call. Nothing was fixed and nothing was done. They are willing to refund $75 to me .BIG DEAL! Third man came! He wiggled and jiggled the hose and told me I need a new part but GE no longer makes it. I asked what my options would be and he shrugged his shoulders. I asked if GE made anything else and was told they make the same machine. Why would I buy it if there are no parts for it? He had no answer for that. I made three phone calls and spoke to three different people and each time was put on hold twice for five minutes each time. The consensus was there is nothing they can do for me. Horrible! Terrible! no service!I have no problem with General Electric washing machines, but stay away from Bodwell!

The GE with Home Depot provide the WORST service in the world. During more than one month they can't fix a fridge (which actually is new and has broken after 3 weeks). It is simple fridge not space shuttle. I never faced with such service. Finally, after one month they decided to replaced the old one to a new one. When they delivered new fridge, the GE guys recognized that it is broken too. I waste all my day waiting them, and now they are telling me to wait again for a several days. I never thought that such service could be. Avoid Home Depot and GE if you don't want to be mad.
