A big thank you to Max for coming to replace our 18 year old KeepRite air conditioner with a high efficiency KeepRite air conditioner. We are grateful for Garyservice coming to our aid. Thankfully Garyservice technicians will be back to replace our furnace, when they are able to. Good work. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. 😁 Update: We have now had our old furnace removed and a new high efficiency two-stroke variable KeepRite furnace installed. Gary found three cracks in our old heat exchanger, one which was quite large and leaking gas. We should see our utility bills become less expensive. Thank you for all your help and expertise, Gary and Max!

Had an issue with commercial refrigeration table at my store. Called Gary and within 3 hrs was in and out, with everything running A1 ! Saved the day for us. My new goto HVAC service team. Thanks so much Gary!!!

They did very well. Plus, he unclogged a utility tub in the basement.

My refrigerator water dispenser was not working properly.  I called and he came promptly and even stopped and bought a refrigerator kit <br /> for me.  He did not end up using it.  The problem was a valve was not tightened near the water heater.  Once he found the line and tightened it, the water came out fine.  Needless to say I felt a little silly for having  called him out, he did not charge me anything for the service which I thought was really nice considering he was out a refrigerator kit. <br /> He also checked a leak in the upstairs sink which ended up being a crack in the sink.   He gave me the dimensions and some advice on what to purchase.   Once I have the sink. I plan on having him back to install it.   found him courteous, prompt, professional, and very gracious. <br /> I would highly recommend him to my neighbors. <br />

He did a fantastic job and cleaned up after himself too. He was simply wonderful. He came well equipped and ready to do the job.

I'm extremely happy with the service. The main sewer line at my home was clogged and we couldn't take a shower, run laundry or run the dishwasher. I called Gary at 8pm and he was out the next day to fix it for me. He had the problem resolved in about 30 min. Gary was beyond professional, and very pleasant to work with. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and did a great job at a great price. I definitely recommend him for anyone that needs plumbing work done at their home. <br />

Gary came out to the house within 45 minutes of the initial call into him.  He unplugged the clog in the bathroom sink and also checked the bathtub.  He was very courteous and left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. <br /> He is very neat and pleasant to deal with. <br /> <br />

Their emergency service really stood out. Their prices are a little high, but they do a great job. I will probably stick with them.

I chose Gary's Plumbing because of price.  He called me back after I called him.  I also saw him on Angie's list.  I cannot give him a grade yet because he is not done with the work.  So far so good overall.

I called the company from New Jersey to provide an estimate for the repair of a toilet located (I reside in New Jersey) in my home in Buffalo, New York. The upstairs toilet was leaking water to the downstairs bathroom. The company representative allowed me to speak to a professional plumber to describe the problem.  The plumber provided an approximate estimate to repair the toilet and an approximate estimate to replace the toilet.  I informed the company that my tenant would only be available on a Saturday.  I was given a Saturday appointment.  The company's plumber was prompt in arriving to fix the toilet.  My tenant informed me that the plumber was very professional, promptly repaired the toilet and did not leave a mess upon completion of the work. The repair was done in an excellent manner.  I received the bill the following week.  My experience with this company was great and I will definitely use their service in the future.

I had attempted to plumb in an additional connection for a washer and dryer. I read all the information and bought all the supplies. After 8 hours work, 3 trips to Lowes, 2 blisters and 3 cuts I still had a leak at the faucets. Thats when I turned to Angie's List for a plumber and looked for the one closest to me with an A rating. Found Gary and turned out he lived 3 houses from me. I called him for help and he came that afternoon. He said what I had done looked fine and only that I didn't have a torch hot enough to finish. He finished the job, without making me feel like a dunce and my wife gives me credit for the new installation. Now she has another washer to use for small loads.

Gary installed drain tile in my basement and did an outstanding job. I have owned the house for 8 years and when you live in Kenmore you almost always have water in your basement since our homes are built on clay. Since the install I have not had a drop of water anywhere. His crew was professional, polite, and worked very well together. The job took a week and since I am one of those home owners that love to learn about the process they welcomed me downstairs to show me what they were jack hammering, or when they drilled into the walls. I had 7 quotes ranging from $5,000 to $17,000 and since I am a single woman I felt that some of the contractors did try to take advantage of this fact, with two of the contractors telling me if I didn't do external and internal work my home would immediately collapse (not true by the way). He was honest and explained everything very clearly (I had already done research on the methods and techniques that could be used which confirmed his honesty). He is a master plumber and yet he got just as dirty as the rest of the crew. I would recommend him to anyone and have had him do a few other projects for me. My neighbor hired him to install a bubbler system due to my recommendation and was very pleased. Your plumbing search should stop right here as he is honest, punctual, incredibly skilled, and always smiling!
