6 weeks after a warranty repair appointment for my Fridge, the part has still not been ordered and there is no help on resolving this. The tech identified the part, inquired with the manufacturer about the part number and then the part was never ordered. The reception says they are just dispatch and has no ability to contact anyone else in the company about it, acknowledges they have no more ability than I do to help the process along. I asked for further contacts in the company that I could reach out to but was denied, said there is no one else to contact. Then offered to email the person who does the ordering and cc me on that email. That did not happen. Manufacturer sends another service call request for me for perhaps another tech that could move this along. Reception denies the appointment saying the original ticket is still in place and in waiting for parts status. Acknowledges that the part was never ordered and cannot help with that. Reception recommended they would email other company resources and cc me- never happened. Afterwards I was told I should send an email myself if I want help, and then proceeded to disconnect the call on me when I asked for the email. This is unbelievable. I have no other phone number or email for anyone else in the company that I can speak to about the state of things and I am being denied that ability by reception. The website for the company doesn’t even exist anymore. Hoping the business owner sees this and offers to help as there is no other option at this point. If that doesn't happen I strongly feel this company needs to be investigated, something shady happening here.

Do not recommend at all. This company was selected to deal with a warranty claim with a Costco appliance we have. Our dryer broke in late October 2025. It is currently still broken and sitting in our garage taking up space because Fusion has not fixed it. We had one technician come in November to replace a part which did not fix it and we have been waiting since then, being told parts have been ordered. We have tried calling numerous times, Costco has called them and GE Appliances with no answers at all. Absolutely awful.

I do not recommend this company. I have lived in Fort McMurray for 20 years and have never been treated this poorly by a local business. Communication is virtually non-existent — phone calls and emails go unanswered, and when you do reach someone, they identify themselves only as a “dispatcher” who has no knowledge of your file and no ability to assist. The work itself is also problematic. The company completes an initial repair (at a cost of $600+) and assures you it is resolved. Shortly after, the issue reappears and you’re told an additional part, service call, and assessment are required — another $600+. There is no accountability for the original work or any meaningful guarantee. They are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Overall, this felt like a cash-grab operation with poor ethics, misleading assurances, and a complete lack of customer service. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Multiple opportunities provided to the company to resolve the issue. Everything about this company is unprofessional.

I had my stove serviced by Fusion Electrical Ltd a couple of months ago, but unfortunately, the same issue returned. When I reached out, I was told I would need to pay for another service instead of them inspecting their previous work. I expected better follow-up and accountability, especially since the issue wasn’t fully resolved the first time. While the initial service was prompt, I’d appreciate better long-term reliability and customer support. I hope they improve their service guarantee for future customers." This keeps it fair, points out the issue, and encourages them to improve. Let me know if you want any changes!

Had a issue with my brand new fridge. Called whirlpool customer service for warranty. They advised it will take a few days to get an appointment. Called fusion Electrical directly and they were able to send me a technician 2 hour later. The technician name is Holly was amazing. Went above and beyond. Very helpful and knowledgeable and caring. It was a great experience

Made an appointment, almost a week out because they were busy. They schedule me between 12:00pm to 4:30pm. I Took the afternoon off work to be home. I received a call from technician the day of, at 10:54am saying he is on his way, then 11:06am saying he's at my door. When I arrived home and call him back at 11:49am, he said he already moved on to another call and may come later to my place, sure enough no call until the next day to reschedule as if nothing happened. please respect everyone's time, we're all busy.

Very fast and friendly service! Called them for my washing machine, which is on warranty from The Brick, on a friday afternoon, and the techincian was here early monday morning. Super friendly service, from the lovely lady who took my call,to the tech who came and fixed my machine! Will use again, thank you!!

Had washer leaking that was brand new. Tech Scott came the next day found the issue quickly. Repaired and is back working. Called and asked if they can come earlier than quoted which was much appreciated. Would recommend.

Been dealing with issues with our washer since July of 2020 they have been here a couple of times and have done absolutely nothing! Last time they were here was early November and they were supposed to call back with replacement parts for the washer and well still waiting to hear! Our stand up freezer started having issues leaking all over the floor in the fall they came and said not sure why it’s doing that will put a call into the company. My hands are tied because both of these are warranty from the brick. What an absolutely horrible company you cannot get a hole of anyone they don’t return calls and are useless! Do not use this company! Such a waste of time

Great work done! I was having issues with my washing machine, and Rhonda helped me out a lot over the phone making sure she understood my problem. Scott came right over and fixed it right up. Overall would recommend to anyone who needs repairs!

Dealing with Fusion has by far been the absolute worst experience I've ever had anywhere with literally anything. They've been at my house 4 times so far to fix my leaking dishwasher. They have failed to submit reports to the manufacturer, dont have records of yheor visits, they don't call you back, the techs were at the house for maybe 5 minutes - didn't even put a cycle through to see if it was still leaking. The last tech we had was good and was there for over an hour. It seemed to be fixed but he said if if leaks again call us and I will order a part. After he left I noticed it leaking so I called the office right away. They said they'd talk to him and order the part, we'll a month or more went by and I didn't hear from them so I called today and again no record of the last visit, not sure if the part was ordered and I was told they'll ask the tech in the morning to "see if he even remembers this". WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! But I'm under warranty so I have no choice but to keep dealing with them. I dont wish people to lose theor jobs but they deserve to go out of business.

Can’t speak for the other reviews but if you’re looking for a good technician that shows up on time and will get the job done request “Demetri”. He was super professional, knowledagble and was able to provide the warranty work on my Maytag dishwasher to a high standard. I will 110% be requesting Demetri next time an appliance need’s to be fixed under warranty

absolutely horrid. have been waiting a couple of months for my appliance to be fixed. Sent a technitian in who charged 168 before he even showed up. looked at it and left. Said he would order he part and should see it in about a week... 2 weeks later we called, and they forgot to order the part and again, said we should see it in a week.... 2 week after this, I called again who then they said it was on back order and should be in soon... 2 weeks after that I called yet again who now they say they have no idea who I am, what I need or what I want from them.

They came five days after I made the call about my dryer. TWENTY THREE days later they returned with the "part to fix the problem." Aside from their incredibly unprofessional staff that pissed in my bathroom and played with my mini-basketball set; they failed to fix my dryer and I'm still trying to air dry clothes in my condo. This company is a joke. An absolute joke. Call these guys if you want to wait an eternity for absolutely nothing.

Absolutely impossible to get ahold of. Will not return phone calls & emails. Needed our stove top checked where it was cracked. They did not let the provider know that they were here to check if the stove would be covered under warranty. impossible to get ahold of fusion to let the other contractor know that they can order the part we need. When ordering from the brick, they contract king of state and king of state contracts out Fusion. Both parties are horrible for customer service!

This is Clearly the worst company to have come look at your appliances!!!! They came to change the housing for my water filter as a warranty work from manufacture and two days later after they took the old bracket off i have no water from my fridge to drink or to the ice cube maker and now my fridge freezes everything on zero setting. Ruined all my food in my fridge that we just bought(vegetables etc.) took them a week to order the part and now four weeks to get the part and then have to make time to get them to come back. Now we have family up for Christmas and have no fridge to use because my fridge is a freezer as well. Listen to the people above as these are not the people you want coming in to your house to FIX ANYTHING you have. Everything that has been said above has happened with us. Will be reported to the BBB. Worst trades men ever.

We had them in to inspect and repair our washing machine that was making loud noises and vibrating heavily since after the evacuation. The whole thing took them a few weeks from inspection to repair. They replaced our drain pump, but didn't reconnect the drain hose, so it flooded my laundry room and my husband had to take it apart and fix it himself anyways!

I am unable to get a hold of him to get my dishwasher fixed. Will not pick-up the phone and there is no way to leave a message. My hands are tied because this is warranty work through the Brick. Absolutely beyond frustrating and have been dealing with this since September.

It took 3 weeks for them to get a part in (never had that happen before) and then they charged me 20 dollars for shipping when I suspect they order a bunch of supplies all together which is why it takes so long to get parts. Also, when they came to finish my repair they didn't have the bill done up and had me sign a blank bill. Maybe that was so they could tack on the 20 for shipping.

I can't rave about the amazing customer service ,from dealing with Rhonda to Demitri the technician that came out. Their customer serivce was outstanding when our fridge stopped working and they did the warranty work, would highly recommend this company.

I had Scott come repair a washer purchased from the brick. He showed up on time, very friendly and got it working very quickly. I would definitely recommend Fusion Electrical!

I would highly recommend these guys. Really nice fellow came by to fix our dishwasher. Excellent job troubleshooting the problem, and was good to chat with. They will be my go to in the future 👍
