When we realized our AC wasn't working properly, we contacted The Furnace Guy Heating and Cooling - they were fantastic! Evan was in our area and able to come by, evaluate our system, and give us an onsite estimate within an hour. We gathered a couple more estimates and are so happy we went with them to replace both our AC and very old furnace. Connor, David and their crew installed a new system the following day. They were on time, so courteous to protect our home and walls as they worked in our crawlspace during the installation. They are professional, polite and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend The Furnace Guy Heating and Cooling!

Some professional issues. They left some stuff hanging off my furnace and never came back to fix it. They didn't lay the tables like I would have. They didn't meant my extraordinary cleanliness requirement. I might have to use them, but I would have to look around. Next time I'll watch them the whole time. I thought that they didn't finish it right.

I would use them again in the future.

Initially sent out a maintenance man who did not correctly clean out a part on our furnace.  The owner came out after I called, fixed the problem and refunded the initial fee.  Very responsible and knowledgable.

It was amazing. He was $600 cheaper than all of my other bids. He has been on time every time when he said he would be there. He went out of his way to work out his schedule with my schedule and the other contractors.

My furnace was not working & the repairman came out on a Sunday morning & made repairs to keep my home warm until he could get necessary parts on Monday.

Phil was the first person to call me back. His rates are extremely reasonable. He came out an hour after we got off the phone. Fixed my problem in a jiffy. Would use him again.

Phil has great knowledge of our radiator and furnace and we always call him to fix it. Itâ s an old heating and cooling system because our house is old and he knows how to fix the issues every time.
