I called multiple HVAC companies in the area and while some didn't answer or could come until the end of the weekend, Brian came within the hour. Called Fallside after finding a leak in hot water tank. Brian returned call within 10 minutes. He quoted us a very reasonable price and was at our house two days later to install as it wasn’t an emergency situation. Very prompt and very professional. Brian is the best. Our water heater died and Brian was over same-day to install a new one (which also involved replacing some water lines, gas lines and nozzles). He's knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and his prices are very fair. We will absolutely be using him to upgrade our HVAC system this summer. I originally called Brian at Fallside to service one furnace and quote replacing another furnace after my previous HVAC provider retired. Brian did a thorough job servicing the attic furnace and also quickly provided a quote for replacement of the other. I was impressed Brian didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't need like a few other companies (modulating furnace, new thermostat, ultraviolet light filters, etc). I decided to move forward with using Fallside for the replacement and can honestly say I'm glad I did! Brian was flexible on scheduling and easy to work with. I'm very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism Brian and Don exhibited during the install. Fallside will be my goto HVAC provider for the foreseeable future.

Our furnace was having issues staying on. I called Fallsview and Brian came over in about 10 minutes. On a Saturday evening! Did not take long for him to figure out the issue and get it running again. Extremely fair price for a weekend job. He took the time to explain how furnaces work and walked me through everything that might cause issues. 11 out of 10 would recommend him for any HVAC job (in fact, I already scheduled a yearly inspection with him - and I recommend you do, too!).

Bryan came by and urgent basis to fix an oil fired hot water tank. He had that fixed within a day or two as soon as the unique part came in. He did a great job, was clean and respectable throughout.

I got home to no heat. I text Brian and told him the heat was off and the furnace was buzzing. He came over within ten minutes late on a Saturday night and had it fixed in about a half hour. I decided to use Fallside in part because they were a small local business; I was not aware of just how new the business was but that is irrelevant since Brian has plenty of experience in the HVAC industry. He did a great job performing the yearly maintenance on our 30+ year old natural gas furnace. He was very professional and great to talk to. I highly recommend Fallside and plan to use them again.

Brian was professional, knowledgeable, honest and kind. He came to help us with a furnace we recently had installed by someone else when it was making obnoxious noises through the vents and having issues with keeping consistent temps in both our zones. Brian was more than willing to help us problem solve and offer solutions. He was more than willing to answer our many questions. The solution to get our system function properly wasn't easy- it took several trips to our house and many hours- but we are very happy that it is all working properly now and the noise is greatly reduced. We wish we would have gone with Fallside for our install in the first place and we probably would have avoided some of the issues we had! They will be our go-to in the future!

Called to have our direct vent wall furnace and home furnace serviced and Brian was fantastic! He seemed to be an encyclopedia of knowledge when it came to both furnaces- glad I gave him a call and will 100% be calling him again come Spring! Highly recommend him!
