Please consider hiring Tom Haas and his remarkable crew! Our outcome was outstanding! Due to age and low quality builder duct work, Our home was not cool or consistant. Hard to sleep due to hot bedroom and my office was freezing. Tom Hass devised a plan for more returns and larger ducts that has worked out great! Now comes the good part- He brought the A-Team! Alonzo, Billy James and Tyler arrived at 8AM- out with the old- and in with the new! Built new plenum and divider boxes all sized correctly. They worked unitl 10PM! and would not leave until we were up and running and had a cool home! Their attention to detail and even perfection was amazing! UPDATE:: service manager Rich and tech came out. They ran the appropriate test and found the issue in under an hour. It was fixed and currently air seems to be working like it is supposed to 24 hrs later its maintaing temperature. Rich solved the issue was kind and understanding. Definitely recommend anyone from the company except the one tech that just didnt want to listen to us. But i do appreciate fixing the issue. I wish i didnt take a full month to get resolved amd i didnt have to escalate the matter due to my fpl bill being almost double this month. But It is fixed company did the right thing and and happy with the customer service rich gave us. Fingers crossed this fixed the issue. I was but I'm not deleting og review due to company's really should listen and treat customers nice from the beginning and actually learn customer service. You should not have to write a bad review to get something done. didn't want to write a bad review but this company hasn't left me a choice. October 2023 spent 10g on new unit. Working perfectly Fast foward July not even 10 months old ac keeps shutting off. They come out tell me it's clogged and do a service since that day I can't get my house to go below 76 until after 9pm. It only started happening when they came did a service. After the service my house was 94 degrees and took 2 days to cool I called repeatedly last Friday finally sent Ken out he was rude and didn't want to be here from the moment he arrived. Wouldn't let us talk and didn't check anything. We Replaced filter and still same thing. If I set my ac to 72 by 11 am its 81 in our house. They keep saying it's a bunch of different things but it didn't happen until service was done. I have been waiting for rich to call back for 2 days and nothing. Its currently 76 and my unit hasn't shut off all day because it won't cool off to maintain. They are giving us the run around and won't call back im definitely getting ready to escalate further because my unit shouldn't be on all day to maintain a temperature if 74 Also june was just as hot and this problem wasn't present it was always so cold and set at 74 and mainted a temp. They did something and now won't take responsibility

Our AC quit working over the weekend and I left a request through their updated, interactive website Sunday night. Early on Monday morning, I received a call to get on their technicians schedule to me by end of day. I received a text during window that The technician was on his way. When Justin arrived he quickly assessed the situation informing me as he reviewed my setup. He had the part on the truck and was able to install a temporary part until the replacement, which was still under warranty, could be ordered. I am thankful for the quick response and the professional manner that Executive Cooling handled my case. I highly recommend their services.

These guys are great. My old HVAC system quit working Sunday evening. Monday morning a technician diagnosed the problem. Monday afternoon I was given a couple different cost options and decided to go with a new system. By Wednesday afternoon my home was cooling again. Executive C & H is responsive, professional and has fair pricing. Highly recommend.

This company is excellent. They monitored my system remotely and found a small issue and came to fix it that same day. Still under warranty so no expense. Tom and Thomas awesome

Fantastic experience! I arrived into town last night with no AC. I called this morning at 8:30 AM and they had a technician here by 11 AM. Our tech technician, Justin, was very professional and very helpful! I would highly recommend this company!

5 stars! First, I was able to get an appointment the same day! That’s superb! The technician, Justin, arrived early, went right to work identifying the issue, had all the necessary parts to remedy the problem and went the extra mile to thoroughly test the AC handler, then cleaned up his work area and put everything back as it was. He gave us the option of adding, for a minor fee, the 6 month service visit, which we gratefully accepted. Truly a professional! My neighbor, here in the building, recommended Executive Cooling & Heating and you have a very satisfied new customer! Thank you! It's truly refreshing to experience great customer service!

Their technician arrived right on time, even notified me that he was coming. Went right to work, answered my questions that I was concerned about. I had an additional UV light, put in my air conditioning in order to help stop the fungus, among us. this was my first experience with them, all I can say it was great

Very happy! Called them at 330p on a Friday and the tech had my air working for the weekend by 630p the same day, with follow-up instructions for the long term repair.

Executive showed up on-time not only for the estimate, but also the install. They installed a new system in our condo. Price was great and the staff was clean and efficient.

I've been a customer since at least 2014 I think.... we were living in a rental at the time and the very savvy landlord was a customer of Executive. I knew if they were good enough for HIM, they were for me. Ten years later, I can still count on them for exceptional service. All of their techs are GENTLEMEN, especially Tom who just left. Rick was great! He explained everything and pointed out things to look for that could cause issues. Showed us how to do some preventative maintenance between our scheduled services. He looked at our pool heater and gave us a bid to fix it…the pool heater is now working! Your Service and communication have been excellent!

We have worked with Tom and his team since 2013. Initially, he resolved issues on a system install by another company and got the system working as perfectly. Through the years, Executive has inspected and maintained our primary system and smaller mini split. Most recently, installed a second mini split in our guest bedroom so we can control temperatures in various rooms vs cooling and /or heating the entire house. Our unit is getting old (by Florida standards) so we will definitely be using this company to reinstall the replacement system.

Our tech that came was thomas. It was a emergency call at night. No air conditioning. He came after he got done with his other calls. It was about 12 midnight. He fixed it and we had our air back on.
