Wow! There are no other words. I was out of town when I had a leak in my home. I felt safe, just asking them to come into my home and take care of it even though I couldn’t be there. They treated everything so carefully as though I was personally standing there with them. It felt like they were advocating on my behalf and looking out for me the entire way through. It really helps that the owner is a former insurance adjuster and really knows what needs to be done to ensure that insurance is kept in informed. They turned what would have been an incredibly stressful situation into something that felt easy to navigate and as though someone was doing it with me the entire way. I never want to use their services again because I never want to need them, but if I do, they will be the first people I call.

Steven went out of his way to make the process as easy as possible and help us through an otherwise very stressful situation from the damage. Under his guidance our home is beautiful and exceeded expectations.

Nobody wants to find out they have mold in several places in their home! We checked out a few companies to find one well recommended and professional. This company deserves way more than 5 stars!! Owner was professional and honest, service was outstanding!! I found out 9:30 a.m. Tuesday I had a mold issue.. I called Rick @3 that afternoon .. he made appt for free estimate Wednesday @10 a.m. he was on time and straightforward in teaching and advising me best course of treatment. Made appt for treatment 10 a.m. on Thursday. By 12:30 my basement was mold free, fresh and healthy air quality and we no longer have a problem. Price was fair.. Service was excellent and crew was helpful, friendly and very hard working!! I do not wish my problem on anyone BUT if you have it hire this company for a life changing service! They are honest, very hard working and they care about their customers positive outcome. Very positive experience!

Rick James is very knowledgeable, professional, explained the entire process and was very reasonable. My project was a result of a flood and Rick responded very quickly to my call. We were able to schedule quickly and the result was an excellent job taking care of everything that was damaged. The entire area was remedied and looks better than before the flood.
