We recently replaced our central air conditioning system and could not be more impressed with Elevate Water & Air. From the very first visit, the level of professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy was exceptional. Carlos, the owner, personally came out and asked permission to perform a detailed assessment before making any recommendations. He inspected the attic, all rooms, ductwork, indoor and outdoor units, electrical connections—everything. Afterward, he clearly explained what he found and took the time to walk us through a thoughtful scope of work. He presented a detailed proposal, patiently answered every question, and explained each option and cost without pressure. The pricing was very reasonable and transparent. When the work began, Carlos and his technician Kevin arrived exactly as scheduled and worked nonstop for two full days, returning a third day to complete everything—and even came back later to handle additional requests at no extra charge. They were courteous, professional, and meticulous about cleaning up throughout the process. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and the service provided. Carlos saved my weekend by coming out on a Saturday to do repairs when my unit broke down! I highly recommend Elevate Air & Water. They installed two mini-splits and a water heater in our seasonal home here in Yuma. They came earlier than expected, installed the equipment we asked for, and worked tirelessly to make sure they got the job done. Carlos even shopped to buy supplies to fix a leak for us under our sink and came back and fixed it for us after working all day without taking a break. Our neighbor recommended him and their company. We high recommend Elevate Air & Water. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. It’s never great having to spend money on a new HVAC system. However Carlos prepared us well on what to expect. There were no unknown issues. Despite questionable weather Kevin and Carlos got us up and running in no time. Both guys were outstanding and we appreciated all they did for us. We had such a wonderful experience with Carlos at Elevate Air & Water. We asked for 5 bids to replace our old heat pump and although he wasn’t the lowest (next to it though) he was the most thorough & explained everything they would do & why they were doing them. Then he and his star employee Kevin did all the work he said they would. From cleaning of all our ductwork to the installation of the new heat pump. Their work & clean up was immaculate, done on time and without trying to upsell us to more costly products. We couldn’t have asked for for a better, more efficient or more professional job. Showed up on time, he explained everything and knocked out the AC maintenance fast and clean. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and has reasonable prices.

We called Carlos on a friend's recommendation. He showed up promptly on Thursday morning and gave us not only a bid for a new Gree mini-split system but also a very detailed scope of work and a choice of systems. We accepted his bid on Friday. On Saturday, he and Kevin arrived early to begin installation. Not only did they do the mini-split, they had to do some extensive electrical work to provide a designated circuit with a power surge protector. They finished the job Sunday morning. We could not have been more impressed. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable people. I would definitely use them in the future for any work that falls within their services. Carlos came out to check out my AC before this Yuma heat gets out of control. He also checked and flushed my hot water heater. He let me know any issues and ran everything by me and told me what to keep an eye on. He did a thorough job and his rates are very reasonable. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Carlos installed 2 mini splits at my home, closed off a few inlets and serviced my central AC unit! He was very knowledgeable and showed a passion for his craft with solid attention to detail and high quality! Loving the new mini splits! And he pointed out a part that had gone bad in my central unit which was costing me a loss of power on the unit and it was pulling from my house instead costing me more on my energy bill! Super glad to have had his knowledge and expertise to get my air conditioning for my home brought to a new level! He will be my go to guy from now on!

I recently hired Elevate Air & Water LLC for a full upgrade of our HVAC and water systems, and it was one of the best home service decisions I’ve ever made. While their HVAC work was excellent, I especially want to highlight the incredible job they did installing our water softener and reverse osmosis system. We’ve dealt with hard water for years, scaling on fixtures, cloudy dishes, itchy skin, and early appliance wear. Elevate recommended a high-efficiency, metered salt-based softener with demand regeneration, and explained everything in detail. The install was clean and professional, perfectly routed hoses, a labeled valve system, a smart app for monitoring salt levels, and even a floor drain for overflow protection. Within 24 hours, our water felt noticeably different, way softer, clearer, better for our skin, laundry, and appliances. They also installed a 5 stage RO system under the kitchen sink with a dedicated faucet and line to our fridge. Our water now tastes better than bottled, with no chlorine or “well water” smell. The tech, Carlos, walked us through every component, gave us a filter schedule, and even fit everything neatly under the sink without crowding the cabinet. He was respectful, detail-oriented, and never pushy. He wore shoe covers, kept everything spotless, explained every step, and even re-pressurized our main line properly after install. He registered our warranties, gave us maintenance reminders, and followed up 30 days later to re-test everything, completely above and beyond. What really impressed me is that Elevate is a small, locally owned business, but they deliver like a large, well established company. Their service, professionalism, and attention to detail can easily rival any big name provider out there to be honest. With the added bonus of personal care and integrity you can only get from a team that actually values its customers. and these guys do, truly!
