Karen Eaton was very considerate and came out on a Sunday because her work load kept her busy all week. I met Karen at my sister's house, explained what my sister needed, and Karen gave her an estimate that was exactly what she wanted and needed - an overlay of the existing driveway - and less than one third (1/3) of the estimates my sister had received from other companies. There was a one week delay because of work load and the weather, but she came when the job was re-scheduled and completed the job in less than a day to my sister's complete satisfaction. She did an excellent job, my sister and brother in law are totally happy, and I am very pleased that I recommended Karen and saved my sister over Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000).

The driveway that was repaved was a shared driveway. We chose the vendor because of a preference to support a woman/minority-owned business. Unfortunately, the work did not go well and the outcome was unsatisfactory.  Understanding that weather can affect work dates, there were several postponements on the project; however, the removal and repaving were completed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the results of the repaving did not meet expectations, and did not comply with code for the Village of Shorewood. <br /> Initially, a meeting was held between Eaton's and the Village of Shorewood Inspector on September 26, 2013. Issues were identified and resolutions agreed upon. Eaton's agreed to correct the grade so water drained away from the homes abutting the drive and to fill low spots in the pavement, to amend the step height, and to sealcoat the drive. This regrading /filling work was completed on September 26, 2013, and the amendment was acceptable to me and to the Village of Shorewood. The amendment to the step height and the sealcoating have never been done by Eaton's. <br /> I am submitting this review in March 2015. Since October 2013, I have left numerous messages for Eatons to attempt to arrange the sealcoating and step repair. None of my messages have been returned. In Fall 2014, after a year of trying to reach Eaton's without any response, I contracted with another company to seal coat the drive. <br /> In checking with the Village of Shorewood on March 12, 2015, I learned that the building permit taken out by Eaton's for the project has been allowed to expire. Therefore, I have now arranged with another vendor to have the step amended; this work is still required to meet Village Code and to correct the work done by Eaton's. I communicated my plans to use another vendor for the step amendments to the Village of Shorewood Inspector on March 12, 2015 - nearly two years after Eaton's did the paving in July of 2103. This was a frustrating and overall disappointing project. Eaton's was paid promptly, in full; I expected them to professionally and promptly address outstanding issues, but that did not happen. <br />

They did a really good job repairing the long driveway. It was a big improvement and it looks much better than what was there and makes the property look better. The crew that came out moved things that needed to be moved, they had to cut some trees and cleaned up after the finished the work.

Steve and his crew removed an aging deck and constructed a beautiful new composite deck for us. We worked together on every detail for the new deck design and he completed it as designed and with very professional detail. They were easy to work with and kept to the quoted pricing. They also cleaned up the work area at the end of each day--no mess! I highly recommend this dedicated and friendly company. MAR

Steve Eaton and his crew constructed A beautiful 15x 42 Timber tech composite deck for us.His work was very precise down to the smallest detail.He went out of his way to make sure each stage of the construction was done pr spec.Steve personally performed special small additional tasks that the wife requested without even hesitating.I would highly recommend Eaton bros const.to anyone that may need any expert construction needing performed. Stayed true to estimate didn't try to nickle and dime us after the fact. Also gave us option to rather than replace gutters to clean, repair and hang properly.

These guys were great they were quick to come out and do an assessment also quick to get the job done. I had several questions about insurance and they're very knowledgeable about that as well as this was a claim from a halestorm. Would recommend over and over again. Thank you!

The completed job is fabulous! Chose a premium color and it looks like a completely different home now! The soffit and fascia was also completed and it truly looks great. There was great communication throughout the whole process!

Their communication throughout the process was really excellent, they worked with me to really understand what I wanted and when things would come up that wouldn’t work how we hoped, they were quick to work with me to come to a solution. Eaton Brothers installed Hardie Siding on my house. I found them to be very reliable, knowledgeable and skilled craftsmen during this process. They did a high quality job at a reasonable rate. I saved their contact info and plan to use them again!
