We had a countertop refrigerator that was having temperature issues. I contacted CT Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Truc and Quan came out quickly and found the problem with the system leaking, they did a thorough seal and repair. Since the repair the refrigerator has been running smoothly and keeping a consistent temperature. Everything is fresh and we have not had any further issues. Great service and solid repair!

My restaurant had 2 door coolers after inspector being inspected, the temperature was not up to standard, so I contacted CT Air Conditioning to come and fix it for us. They made an appointment, and then Truc and Henry came right when my restaurant opened at 9:00am, to repair it. They found the leak, fixed it quickly and cleaned the components for my refrigerator. Swamp Cooler Repair Service - Highly Recommended Great service! Our restaurant had a problem with the temperature in the kitchen being very hot, affecting the temperature of the prep tables as well as the ability of the staff to work in the kitchen. We contacted CT Air Conditioning to come and see, they arranged a time, then Truc and Quan came and advised us carefully. We did not know that: with each kitchen hood in the restaurant comes with each swamp cooler, to regulate the amout of air in the kit chen - reduce hot air. Swamp cooler repair effectively. The most comprehensive service so far! Our AC system and permits were botched by our previous contractor and all his comforting. To be honest, it was partly our fault for placing blind trust but Truc and everybody on his team was able to answer all of our questions. They met all our concerns we have and kept in constant contact to update us on the progress of the job. What's best is that they'll give you advice beyond just the general contractor's and will give you the best system to your needs (which is suitable to what YOU want). They're even going the extra mile to find ways to lower our bills even AFTER the system has been installed. Rest assured you'll have peace of mind working with them.

I've been searching around for a Hoshizaki commercial ice maker technician but majority of companies have auto reply on their website and slow response time with phone calls. But then I got a referral to CT Air and got a quick phone call back with an estimate for my machine diagnostic. I even got an appointment for 2 hours later with no additional charge. After one hour of testing, cleaning and etc my machine started to make ice again. They also gave me a few ideas to help with my airflow issue at the store. Overall, very professional and quick in response with reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend and use again. Update: called them a few times to check my icemaker and didn't get a response. Then I get a call back 2 days later and said they’ll send someone to check. A week later no one show up or call. I’m trying to be a pay customer but so difficult to get service. Or maybe it’s just a small job for them. But very disappointed and had to get someone else.
