Fantastic service, professional and caring. I had Comfort Care assisting and providing respite care for my mom. Both Renata and Maryjola are experienced and very professional. Provided mom with great care and she was always very happy to see them.

We were extremely happy with services provided by Comfort Home Care. Alona looked after my dad with care, compassion and respect. She was very creative with activities for my dad, took him for walks every day, and when his condition deteriorated she provided excellent end of life care. Hello! My name is Adam Paciorkowski, and for several months now, my mother, Marianna, has been receiving invaluable help from Comfort Care Home Services, which I would wholeheartedly recommend. While I'm at work, my mother is cared for by Ms. Małgosia Mruk, a warm, professional person with years of experience, who I highly recommend. I must admit that my mother, despite having suffered numerous ailments, feels much better now that she's receiving proper care. Owner Frank O'Brien and his crew saved the day for us. Living in an old house meant we had to choose to have ducts installed or try the ductless systems. When it needed repair Frank spent time getting to the bottom the problem, rather than other vendors who just wanted us to purchase another system. He and his workers were professional, honest, knowledgeable and hard working. The price was fair and reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend A-1 Comfort Care.

He showed up on time and was very clean while doing a very messy job. I would give an A+ if that was a rating option.

It is a specific system called a geo-thermal heat pump system and it is difficult to get someone who can do work on it. They are very efficient in the work they do and really just do the work well. They have a difficult scheduling system.

They are sure not cheap and I did notice that the feedback on Angie's List was not that great about them. Now, in my case, they have been pretty good to me over the years. I don't really know if I will continue to use them though. In general, I would say they are an average company I guess.

What a blessing, had been anxious for months didn’t know who to trust. Needed or so everyone was telling me a new furnace and AC. The costs for replacement of the entire HVAC system in the thousands of dollars. Which some people God bless them can afford. However I Had limited resources and thousands to pay from my cancer surgery and vet bills and a mortgage. The larger HVAC companies are driven to sell systems and we all know systems are costly. if you are on a limited budget like me you don’t know where to go. I needed another opinion and I needed it fast. I was out of options. Faced with a summer of possibly no AC for my ailing pup and myself possibly being hospitalized, I was losing hope. Sunday I received a phone call from Tracy Solutions, I explained the problem. Silly me I Set up for 8 in the morning Monday who am I kidding, me and the pup can barely crawl or see at that hour. So we scheduled for 10 AM. They were exactly on time. They looked at the entire HVAC system the furnace is working fine. On to the problem child the prodigal AC, suffering from a history of freeze-ups and recharging especially during hot humid weather. They gave it a dye test with Freon leak stop. This should seal any possible leaks and also determine if upon further evaluation I need new coils or new AC unit. The price was very reasonable and as Thank God would have it within my budget. Eventually I will need to replace the system but it will give this old girl some time. Moral to the story It pays to shop around and give the smaller businesses a try. They own the businesses and their reputations are on the line. Oh and consider getting The maintenance service agreement it is very affordable. Thanks Tracy Comfort Solutions.

Both Kevin and his assistant were extremely nice and made sure to protect my home. Not an easy feat since they had to bring down and airconditioning unit from the attic and put one up( two floors above main floor)
