Clivet Sphera Evo: repeated failures in just four years on the same components, never definitively resolved. Ineffective support, limited to replacements without proper analysis. Once the warranty expires, responsibility is passed onto the customer with requests for advance payments and high costs. In the event of a breakdown, support is slow or non-existent: you can be left in the cold for days. Virtually zero reliability and unacceptable after-sales service. I strongly advise against it!!

Three weeks after requesting service for a simple valve, I'm still waiting! Terrible speed and problem resolution. I have a hybrid system with a heat pump and my boiler broke. Some technicians said there was no problem because at least the heat pump was working. So, on top of having a breakdown, you also have to decide which appliance to use in your home. I don't want to be a marketing prank, but I have three other appliances from another brand, and they've been working great for over six years! I've only had problems with Clivet, including the air conditioner, the boiler, and maybe soon with the heat pump, too, also from their brand. It's unjustifiable that it takes more than three weeks to get a replacement part, especially during a cold period. It's ridiculous.

Never again Clivet terrible assistance in the area, they sell heat pumps that don't work and the technicians in zone 1 every 100km are incapable of intervening and pass the blame on, pathetic to be avoided. (Dear Clivet managers, as already written in the past, it is useless to exchange emails that leave you cold or to write "sorry for the inconvenience", I don't care about your apologies this is my registration number and write here if you want, only after having resolved it like this people realize the times you have it's shameful 2 years that I've been asking for assistance and the pump blocks every day AC3T163D0058)

An "expensive" experience, not just in terms of cost... I installed a Clivet system in my basement to address humidity issues. The problems were partially resolved, until the unit (out of warranty—too bad no one told me there was an extended warranty) started making strange noises. After very poor after-sales support in the Monza and Brianza area (DV Condizionamento in Pessano con Bornago refuses to come out), after multiple attempts I was able to find a "normal" technician with the knowledge, time, and desire to fix my ELFOFresh, which I had to shut down in the meantime... Had I known this earlier, I would have considered alternatives to Clivet. UPDATE: Due to its critical use (:-!), we had to replace one of the two motors, costing €1,549.40.

A beautiful place in unique natural surroundings. The staff are very friendly, and loading is very fast and reliable. Showers, toilets, and a coffee machine are available. Parking is available 400 meters away around the roundabout.

It's a shame you can't give zero stars, a real shame. I installed a heat pump and elfofresh four years ago, obviously a significant sum. In December 2024, I had a heat pump failure (a burst expansion tank) that damaged the entire system, and as of today, February 8th, they haven't been able to fix it. So I'm without hot water or heating, and the added insult to injury is that service centers schedule appointments months apart and fail to resolve the issues (and even treat me condescendingly). The elfofresh, on the other hand, has never worked at all, at least they've been consistent about that. Besides being very noisy, I can't turn it on in the summer (the reason I bought it) because it can't drain the condensation despite multiple inspections by technicians. They're not obligated to replace or repair it; I'd have to file a civil lawsuit to get my money back, but you know how things go in Italy. In summary: terrible products and non-existent support. Everything I'm writing is verifiable with emails, messages, photos, and videos. STAY AWAY FROM CLIVET

Rating 0!!! New house with Clivet system Problems immediately. Heating not working. Non-existent support. Multiple requests for assistance, but only after a long wait did they intervene without solving the problem. They weren't even able to install the relevant app. I hope to obtain compensation for the damages suffered through legal action. Bankruptcy is imminent, and I urge those few potential customers to avoid this company and be very careful!!!

Cooling system, solar heating. It took the previous service company two years to figure out how to not interrupt the hot water recirculation, otherwise, when the faucet was turned on, several minutes and several liters of water would pass before it was hot. Now I just wanted them to check the parameters with the solar thermal system, because it's impossible to have a water tank larger than 200 liters, and when the solar system is fully operational, the heat pump kicks in to heat the water. The local service company has changed and is having a hard time providing assistance. If I could go back, I don't think I'd consider Clivet.

Unfortunately, I also didn't have a great experience, and if I had read the reviews beforehand, I wouldn't have bought them. I purchased a boiler for a radiant heating and cooling system, along with three air conditioners and a solar thermal system. Unfortunately, there were problems right from the start that were never resolved, and every time the season changes, I have to call technicians, who, especially in the summer, can't arrive on time, so I spend the hottest months boiling. It should have been easy to switch from "sun" to "snow" and vice versa, but that's not the case. The technicians are also kind and probably knowledgeable, but evidently the faults and complications are so numerous that they can't be resolved once and for all. For example, the heating element kept oxidizing; in the end, they removed it, leaving me without one! In short, I think this company still has a lot to improve upon.

Terrible experience with a domestic-type system! I purchased a domestic-type system for my shop with two outdoor units and two split units (in the Monza area). After four and a half years, one of the two units stopped responding with an error code. And here's the ordeal. The company I bought it from (who gave me poor advice on positioning) directed me to a service center in downtown Milan, and without knowing anything about it, they sent me a proforma invoice for €380 + VAT so I could get out (you decide!). So, searching the Clivet website, I realized there were no domestic service centers in Monza, Lecco, or Como. I contacted the company and they gave me another name in Milan. After contacting him, the technician arrived about three months later (you decide!). His response: "Based on the error code, we don't know what's wrong with the unit; it needs to be dismantled, replaced with a compressor board, etc., and there's no guarantee it will work properly; it's better to install a new one." I asked for a quote, but after another two months, I still haven't received a response. Of course, I installed a new system from another company. And to think I chose an Italian product to avoid any service issues!

Anno Domini 2025. Homes without heating and hot water since December 2024 because no one is able to intervene quickly. They really seem to be groping in the dark. Bad, very, very, very bad. A shame, especially given the high costs of their sadly failing systems.

I'm kind enough to give 1 star because 0 isn't allowed! The service network is nonexistent for domestic applications. I've had a problem for 2 years and no one comes to fix it! There's no service available in the Monza and Brianza area. A product cost €9,000 that doesn't work properly, and the most annoying thing is that there are no technicians capable of repairing it! You're all good at selling, but before you sell, you should also establish a service network in the area! Learn from the Japanese. I'll end up having to replace the heat exchanger myself without waiting for your technicians, who don't exist.

Unfortunately, I've had a large Clivet system since 2017, and it's never worked for either heat or cold, and now it's leaking. Service agents have come a few times, but never fixed anything. (And the company always refers them to their service representatives, who are clearly inadequate.) 😟 …

The Clivet system I have at home isn't working properly; every time it's turned on, a component is broken. A specialized technician came to fix it, but the repair component arrived broken because it was in the packaging! Absurd! So, after partially repairing the system, he'll have to come a second time to replace the partially repaired part. Going weeks in August without my cooling system has kept me awake at night.

Terrible experience. I purchased a heat pump a year and a half ago, and they told me it was covered by a 4-year warranty. The compressor made a loud roar within 30 minutes of starting it and then shut down. I contacted support, and they told me the warranty covers some components for one year and others for two years, and that if it's been working properly since June 2021, then it's not their problem. They can send me a technician, who will likely charge a fee. Without knowing what component we're talking about, and without the 4-year warranty. Hmm!! Honestly, I have no intention of giving them money again (I've installed 4 units). I'd rather give it to a lawyer and have my own technician fix the damage.

The heat pump has always had numerous problems of all kinds; the support team is unable to promptly address the constant emergencies that arise. The product is extremely expensive, as is the support. I was enthusiastic about this "green" adventure, but the installed system has never worked as promised. I advise anyone against purchasing this very expensive appliance, which requires constant and very expensive maintenance.
