Excellent service and good prices!

Buying equipment from this company has been a complete waste of time. From practically begging them to send me a quote (they claim they only sell wholesale and that other customers aren't of interest to them), to the delivery times being completely uncertain. They told me 12 weeks, and that time has passed, yet they haven't given me a delivery date. The salespeople Karen and Julio aren't responding to my WhatsApp messages, and all I want to know is when my equipment will be delivered. I called, and they indignantly told me they weren't responding to my WhatsApp messages because there was no date set. Please proceed with a refund.

Terrible service. I bought a mini-split air conditioner that was supposed to be delivered immediately, and it's been 8 days since I paid for it and it still hasn't been delivered. Awful service. The salesperson was Karen and it's in my name.

After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Jordan was professional, efficient, and honest; Megan in the office was courteous and helpful. As a longtime local with two homes, I’m already planning to use Galactic as my go-to plumber. This guy is badass. He knows what he's doing, better than any I've dealt with in my long life, as well as taking care of me - the customer - above and beyond what I would ever expect. Cost was amazingly good. I have absolutely zero complaints and only positiuve thoughts. If you need work he provides, this is your guy!

Absolutely fantastic job on the replaced gas lines. They came out quickly, and were efficient in repairing both stove and dryer lines. Top tier professionalism.

When I had a major sewer back up, Jordan came out and took care of me. He came out, dug up my main sewer line and installed new cleanouts and put everything back to normal. I have not had a sewage problem since his visit. The price was right as well. This is a company I would send to work on my mom's house. 10/10 will call again.
