This was our first time using their air duct cleaning services in our office, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of their work. They covered all the tables with plastic film before starting the job, and then did a great job. We plan to use this company exclusively in the future. We recommend company Comfort Clean.

Comfort Clean Duct Cleaning Review I contacted comfort cleaning on Jan 19, 2026 via their web request to get information on pricing to clean vents in my home ! Alex sent me a follow up email same day with a detail pricing. I ask if someone could come to my house and do a quick check just to make sure the price is accurate, he said that was not necessary and gave me a price of $350+HST which I agreed to and schedule the work for Jan 22. Two Ukrainian guys came one was friendly the other was rude as hell. I ask them to explain their process before starting which he sort of did. Throughout the process they kept me inform because I followed them around to see what exactly they are doing ! The entire work took a little bit over an hour and they did a pretty good job. Now comes payment. He showed me the price which they added an extra $70 because I had more vents (which is exactly why I ask for a home visit before) I reluctantly agreed to. My new total is now $350+$70+HST = $474.60. I was using a credit card to pay and they wanted to charge $11.39 to use the machine which is crazy ! So, to avoid the extra charges I had to use debit. I have a central vac system and I proceeded to turn it on to use, no power so I called them back immediately to come and take a look has it was working the entire morning before they came. They check everything and still couldn’t get it to work and then at this point they had their manager called me and explain what was going to happen. They tried blaming me and telling me it wasn’t working when they came and they didn’t touch it. I called my husband and told him what was happening and he immediately told me to check the breaker panel and he saw that the “fuse tripped” and that happened when they plug their machine in. There’s guys DO NOT know how to problem solve, they only know one thing. The work was done ok BUT i don’t think i would use them again or I would recommend their service but with caution. Please ask the right questions before proceeding. The manager of the company called me back and we were able to come to an agreement.

Good,and what I saw to be an overall thorough job,cleaning my ducts. One of the workers was very good at answering my questions, patient and professional explaining what was being done. Little bit of a lack of communication between the workers and Alex with whom I arranged the service,but that was quickly rectified when they called main office. Job well done guys! Very disappointed with the customer service at Unique Providers. They tried to upsell extra services on top of the agreed price, clearly taking advantage of the situation, and when we complained, they didn’t make it right. No real ownership, no proper resolution.

This is not a review of any services provided but rather the incredibly unprofessional manner in which the company operated, at least in our case. We had a service scheduled for Thursday at 2pm. We get a call from the company asking to move it to 4pm. We agreed. We then kept getting delay after delay ultimately needing to reschedule to Saturday at 3:30pm. We informed the company we had plans in the evening and we really needed to ensure we got serviced on time. Well unsurprisingly 3:45pm comes, and no techs. I then call the company who tell me it'll be another hour! They didn't even have the professionalism to call us in advance. I cannot comment on their abilities as duct cleaners, but as a business, they failed miserably. Super disappointed with my experience and I would never suggest using these guys.
