We feel very fortunate to have been able to utilize Paul and his crew for our project! Upon meeting Paul at our residence the same day of initially reaching out, a clear and practical game plan was established for repairing our porch stoop and adjacent concrete. Paul was extremely communicative and person-centered towards our individualized needs. Once on site, the crew worked tirelessly to complete our agreed upon project in the elements in one day. Throughout our job, Paul and crew were engaged by many neighbors interested in securing his services while never losing sight of the project at hand…kudos to Paul and crew! Let’s go Knicks!

AI Developers Masonry rebuilt a patio wall for me that was falling over due to a poor footing. I called them and Paul responded back promptly. Paul came out and looked at the wall and explained what had to be done to fix it and make it right. I believe he quoted me a fair and reasonable price and I hired them. The 2 workers who did the work were skilled; courteous; and hard working. I am very happy with the way the job came out. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any type of concrete work.

~100 sq feet of exposed cinder foundation. AI Masonry chiseled/ground down the sloppy mortar and repointed where needed. Area then meshed and stucco'd. The end result makes such a difference. I highly recommend these guys - the owner Paul and his crew were professional and great to work with. Paul was super responsive in all phases, including planning when he provided the documentation my HOA required, a Certificate of Insurance. I had an aggressive schedule during what has been a wet spring. Paul and crew wound up working on a Sunday in order to complete the work in between rainy days and accommodate my schedule. These guys completed the job in one day, were respectful of neighbors/property lines, and took time to clean up the job site at the end of a long day, including removing any debris and washing off any stucco residue and mud from my driveway. I could not be happier with the entire experience and end results!!! I will definitely work with Paul and AI Masonry again.

They did a great job. The work expanded beyond its scope due to structural issues and they competently evaluated the problem, arrived at a permanent solution and the work was completed expertly. I would highly recommend them and already did so.

Paul and his crew were as professional as you might desire. The biggest thing that impressed me was his communication. He always kept me abreast of his arrival, any questions he had for me, even making sure I was completely happy with the color of the brick before starting. And his crew....constant clean up. They would see me with all questions. Just a pleasure and soo professional! Below (or above) are before and after pictures of the job. Sorry, my before pictures are too large for this site. Paul responded quickly for an estimate and waited patiently while the board made a decision. The work was to repair a 40-year-old Columbarium and the walkway. Once power washed, it was evident the damage was much more extensive than estimated, yet Paul honored the estimate. The workers were hard-working, attentive, polite, and put in extra hours to get the project done. No money was paid up-front and we were delighted to pay once we saw the finished project. The grounds were washed down and cleaned up upon completion.

Replaced brick front steps with bluestone; cleaned and repointed chimney and brick wall; cleaned and reset brick walkway and patio. We are very please with the quality of the work. Paul, the owner, was onsite at least twice a day, explained what was being done that day. The 3 man crew was the hardest working crew I've ever seen. Cleaned up after work every day. Would definitely hire AI Masonry again!

AI Developer Masonry came out and prepared an written estimate of the proposed work to be done. Upon my approval and signed contract work commenced two weeks later. It should be noted no money was exchanged until the job was completely completed. The work was done in a very professional manner. Every step of construction went according to written contract. Makes the house look like it is on a new foundation. The response is fast and the job well planned out. The team is very thorough, knows their job, and, "left no trace". I didn't have to clean up at all.

Pull the owner of A1 Masonry went out of his way too get our project done to our schedule. The two men who did the work were true crafsman, Something you don't see now days. I felt the price was a little high, but when I saw the finished job I was very satisfied.

Paul and his crew demolished our old concrete steps and replaced it with new brick steps. We were so happy with the craftsmanship and quality we hired them back a few weeks later to build a brick landscaping wall across the front of our house. Paul was great to work with and communicated with us throughout both jobs. His responsiveness was very much appreciated. One small thing: a few days after the wall job was done we noticed concrete splatter stuck to the siding. Unfortunately by the time we noticed it, it had already dried. We tried to chip it off but were unsuccessful so we had to touch up a few areas of our siding with fresh paint. Other than that, we felt the work was phenomenal and we’d definitely hire Paul back again. Highly recommend!

Can't say enough good things about Paul and his crew. The job was to remove the old stoop and sidewalk, replace it with a new stoop and sidewalk that was brick lined, repoint the brick facade on the house and fix a small foundation issue. The work ethic of Paul and his crew was outstanding. They communicated, kept me informed of when and what would be happening, kept the schedule they told me, were tireless workers, did the work properly, cleaned up after. They end result is a beautiful stoop and walk and a brick facade that will last many more years. I would not hesitate to recommend them!!

Job was done exceptionally well. They also had to fix a foundation issue for me. Space was dug out, concrete removed, rebars and new concrete poured, brick foundation wall rebuilt. They addressed other issues with my foundation along with repairing the chimney. Fantastic company to deal with and outstanding service.
