I bought three air conditioners from here. The price was very good. They came to install them today. They works very well.

The worst after sale service ever.

We have contracted with Mix Company. They are a reputable company with a top-notch sales team, punctual service, and highly skilled technicians and staff.

Peace be upon you. We have dealt with Mix Technology Company. Their sales performance is excellent, and customer service is prompt. The fault lies with the installation technician, whose level of expertise is not up to scratch. He installs the device before considering whether a problem might occur. When a problem occurs, he begins to think about how to solve it. The company is required to select the most qualified technicians to complete the company's system, as the technician is the final face of the company for the customer.

A reputable company, and Mr. Mohamed Samir is a respectable, dedicated, and conscientious individual. I recommend them to anyone.

I never imagined I'd be dealing with such a disrespectful and unprofessional company. There are no professional technicians, and neither the management nor the internal policies seem to care about the customer. You have the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

The air conditioning service was terrible. You said the circuit board was faulty, but you haven't replaced it even after I complained to Consumer Protection, even though it's under warranty. You're asking for money to add copper pipes and reinstall the air conditioner in a different location. You told me you'd give me a 50% discount on the pipes, and when I asked how much it would cost, you said you'd check and get back to me. Since last week, no one has contacted me. I contacted Consumer Protection again, and I'm going to file a lawsuit against you.

Carrier is the worst company anyone could ever deal with. I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone. They're liars. They take an incredibly long time with installations. There's absolutely no professionalism in their dealings. This is the first and last time I'll ever deal with them, and I will never repeat this experience.

Our experience with the company was truly excellent. The service was the best and the installation was the fastest. We signed the contract one day and the installation was completed the next. Thank you very much for the excellent service and courtesy from the sales team to the technicians.

Three months after the warranty expired, the heating system broke down, and it turned out the defect was widespread. This was the last time I bought from them. Follow-up after inspecting the unit revealed multiple holes in the compressor, indicating poor manufacturing and shoddy assembly. The unit was only two and a half years old, and they charged 1600 for transporting it to their workshop for inspection, 1500 for refilling the refrigerant that leaked due to their faulty compressor, and that's not even including the labor for the repair. So, it's almost 5000 just to fix a manufacturing defect!

Truly one of the worst companies anyone could buy air conditioning from. I contracted for 5 units, but they delayed two because their price had increased. After I paid and waited, they informed me they had stopped selling. When they came to install the remaining 3 units, the technicians were extremely incompetent and unprofessional, causing problems for the neighbors. Their poor service and unsafe installation were unacceptable.

Carrier company scammed me. I do not recommend buying an air conditioner from them.

The worst company in Egypt. Unfortunately, they lie in everything they say and evade their responsibility in terms of installation and maintenance services.
