Unlike most companies, they didn't try to upsell me or push for a system replacement. Instead, they gave me honest feedback about my system's condition and expected lifespan. I was also delighted to learn they install smart thermostats. Since this was something I had been wanting to do but wasn't confident about installing myself, I took the opportunity to have them upgrade my thermostats to Ecobee units.
