In 30 years of using Brandon Heating and Plumbing, we have never been disappointed in their service. In fact, they consistently go above and beyond! We have an older home and have had to call them on holidays or after hours fully expecting delayed service because of the timing, but that has never happened. Emergencies were dealt with promptly, service people were ALWAYS polite and accommodating, the service is priced well in range, they never fail to clarify that the cost for after hours service was greater (yep, we had emergency over Christmas break and they were still friendly and accommodating !), and the office admin staff are friendly and helpful as well. The company is dependable and their staff know their jobs exceptionally well. It is easy to see that those who have provided on-site service are very knowledgeable! We rely on this company and they always deliver.

Brandon Heating & Plumbing just installed a new furnace and heat pump for us and it was a great experience! Kraig's assessment was thorough and Kevin and his team were really easy to work with. The whole thing was done in 1.5 days and we couldn't be happier.

Great service and quality of work. A pipe was leaking badly when used. They were able to get me in the next day, and work with when I could get away from work. The plumbing of this house has been in their capable hands for 50 years.

The process to book the appointment and get the new toilet installed was done in a very convenient time frame. Any future plumbing tasks will be requested through Brandon Plumbing and Heating.

They came for an initial job and left saying they would order parts. They never called back except to bill me. They then stated they could not find the parts in stainless as I requested. Never returned and never tried to make it right. I am still waiting.

My landlord chose Brandon heating and plumbing because of the service they provide. They installed new shower head, shower valve that leaked like crazy and faucet. Hot water tank as well was replaced since the old tank was a few years over it's warranty and showing signs of age. All in all very fast service and the following day they reached out asking how things were doing. We had a small leak and they sent out a tech the same day and problem fixed. Thanks Brandon heating and plumbing for a job well done! Oh and the guys cleaned up after the repairs which was great unlike other companies out there that just stained the carpet and just left a huge mess.

Had another smaller heating and plumbing company specifically recommend Brandon Heating and Plumbing for the project I had. I sent off an inquiry and was called by Scott saying that the estimator was on vacation, but he'd book me in for when he was back. The appointment date and time came and went without hearing anything. I actually had to call the shop to see what had happened. Only to find out the estimator was still in his office and apparently was "working on the computer and didn't notice the time." When he finally showed, he took some notes and told me he'd send the quote the following week as it was a Friday. I waited 2.5 weeks without a word. Finally, I got fed up and called the office and spoke to a very nice lady, Sorry I didn't get her name. But to my shock, there was nothing on the estimators computer in regards to a quote for me. So in the end, the estimator showed up late for the appointment, actually at all only because I called saying hey I had an appointment with you over half an hour ago but he completely neglected to make a qoute for me. The lady I spoke to found no evidence on the computer. I will not ever do business with this company due to the complete lack of professionalism on Craig's end. Dealing with him was a pure waste of time.

We had some heating issues and husband called them, unfortunately the man who answered was a bit rude and could not answer a few simple questions my hubby had. We made a callback request anyway and never heard from them...Was a week later and while we were not in any rush with holidays approaching we found someone else. We were kind enough to call these guys again to cancel any call backs. The lady who answered was actually nice.

Very pleased with the quality of work, speed of work, and communication provided by these guys. Recently upgraded my furnace and also installed a new heat pump, and I couldn't be happier. The person I dealt with was Kraig. He was very straightforward, and provided me with different options based on what I was looking for. He didn't feed me any bull and helped me figure out what I needed. I was quoted and the quote remained the same from the day we spoke, to the day I signed off on the work being done. I did have a short wait due to parts being difficult to obtain, however it wasn't very long at all. Unfortunately the supply chain issues happen, and it's just a reality. Once the parts came in, the guys showed up bright and early, and by 2pm, my home started going from 30c to a nice 21c Big thank you to everyone involved and I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

Pipes burst at our office in the cold. Response time was quick. Mike was great! Got us going again. Now I can operate again uninterrupted. 5/5

I recently had a backwater valve and sump pit installed in my residence as a precautionary measure. The customer service was excellent starting from the quote right through the installation process and billing. Very professional install and the technician even noted an issue with my furnace and gave it a quick fix (with out charge). Longtime Brandon Business that continues to offer fantastic service.

Had Brandon Heating and Plumbing repair my furnace on a supercold day. Were quick to repair it and informative. Recommended a service annually and on my Ac as well to prevent break downs during hot or cold days. Highly recommend this company

I give them 1 star for costumer services at the phone. I tried to get their service and was told they were going to call me soon. After a long wait I called back to see if they had my right phone number. The lady just said in a rude tone "oh yeah I just didn't have a chance to call you" and pretty much acted as if she was making me a favor by offering a appointment for the next day. No thank you, I need a quick friendly service.

We had our furnace replaced to a Lennox high efficiency model. Install was promptly completed by 2 knowledgeable installers. The upgraded wifi stat is really nice and user friendly. Great experience and recommend them to anyone
